I post then turn around and think about something else. I know War Patriot is NOT and easy character to draw. So I'm often very forgiving as i understand artist need to take some practice runs and may even get frustraited and fed up and need to put it down and get back to it when they clear their heads. Alouette or Patriette or even US Atom on the other hands are fairly simple characters and so I would expect them to be finished a bit sooner then the more complex WP.

It depends on why the pushback and if I'm told about it. I know some folks do pay extra to have things done by a certain time as gifts and such, and as long as that is made clear that everyone's stuff is pushed back for this project no big deal. If I'm just being pushed back because someone who commissions the artist frequently wants another peice then I'd be upest. And life happens and you can't really get upset about things, Wacoms die, virus do hit once in a while, wrecks, other RL jobs ect. Most of that is understandable just don't leave me in the dark. I had one artist refund my commission because they were not going to be able to get to it in a reasonable time. Which just means if they are able to get back to things I'd still reccommend the work because they took care of me.

Alot of things that have been said really sum it up. I don't tend to mind waiting personally because I love great quality and rushign things just takes away from it as the artist just finishes it hurridly to appease me. As long as I know the Artist hasn't just put my work aside and forgotten about it and lets me know what is going on I have no issues waiting. It's simply a matter of knowing hey life has come up, or hey someone is paying out the nose for a rush work. So unless I ask for something to be hurried I tend to be paitent, and usually the artist appreicate it and often come out with items better for the value then others get for that price.

Just turned out great Todd, could not be happier with the look. Great stuff like this is why I keep coming back for more.
