  1. Please do change the SSA reward to reset when the WST reset.
  2. If you have the slots to spare - do it.

    Save yourself some influence by using the Proc instead of the triple (in brawl).
  3. Okay - these are the changes I would make to the build.

    Sadly, I could not manage to get Darkest Night in the build while maintaining softcap - I had a hard enough time trying to squeeze Eviscerate back into the build.

    Ideally you are going to attack regular spawns with your AoEs and FU.
    On AV/EB/GM you will want to use FU>Focus>Slash>Burn.

    Your link doesn't work at all.. and most people do not like having to open through the link because it sometimes grants ghost slots and stuff.

    For All-Around-Build I would suggest Soul Mastery over Fire Mastery.

    Distortion Field is skippable IMO. I don't care much for slow/-rech , so I didn't put it in the build I quickly whipped up for you.
    It is just common IOs and the heal procs. Chrono Shift has Set IOs in it, mainly because each part buffed is somewhat important.

    Has Power Mastery for conserve power, without Set bonuses the recovery seemed quite low to me and hopefully CP will provide overkill to that. Lol.
    Try and use Power Boost before farsight so you can be softcapped for the full duration - although sitting at 35% defense is not that bad.

    SS/FA

    As Riora said, there isn't really competition if you want it to be done quickly.

    SS/FA/Soul will do you well for non-farming content - Darkest Night is an amazing debuff.
    SS/FA/Mu will do you well for farming content (more AoE!!)
    I would suggest to start with a SS/FA/Mu, and after you have made some more money make a second build and do SS/FA/Soul.

  14. ED capped Weave/Maneuvers, CJ (w/ Kismet/LOTG/Defense IO) and a steadfast+def gives about 17% defense.
    With boosted farsight, and that 17%.. should be at about 39% M/R/A.
    6% defense left for cap isn't much.
  15. Farsight grants typed and positional, so I'm thinking M/R/A softcap should be possible.
  16. Go Power Mastery.

    Power Build-Up used with Farsight will grant more +defense than Scorpion shield.
    You can also take the resistance shield and run it with tough for even more resistance.
    It also has Conserve Power which will offset your endurance use.

    ***
    On Beta powerboosted Farsight was granting me about 22% defense.
    ED Capped Scorpion Shield only grants 20% S/L (And 13% energy).

  18. All of them. They all work really well together, and also require "lots" of slotting to function well.

    The only one I would not slot is [Time Crawl] - fine with one accuracy IO in my opinion.
