@#$@ baseball. A) forgot it was Monday (don't ask) and B) Didn't even think they'd show it because of @#$!@$!@ baseball, so didn't check/re-set up my recording for it.

Or how about, Darth Protest. The guy who had a collection of swords from fallen Jedis but preferred the dual curved handle ones? I think he had a cameo in the 4th movie proper.

    But no. I mean it.

    History

Ya know, speaking of nerd references, why do they always get all worked up over the fact that Lone Star screams "nooooo" when Guido shoots first? And how come no one questions the "red shirt" trope when Picard wore a damn red shirt? How come that wheelchair bound baldy never died? What, just because he could read people's minds? I think it had more to do with that annoying little alien Queue that would show up who you couldn't get rid of unless you said his name backwards....Come on, how hard is it to say his name backwards? You would think Straczynski could come up with a better device for his own damn creation. He never even gave Westley his own show like he promised, instead paired him up in that vampire show when he got older, fighting the Shadows on that trading post out in deep space.

I just don't get nerd references and I wish they were outlawed

Am enjoying it quite a bit. More than I thought I would. End use is killer though, least with the way I play. Once I actually get some enhancers placed, should do a little better The +to hit from the sewer trial has been pretty handy, considering I had no accuracy really slotted.

Finished at 21 (did the university tutorial and the mobs in that one mission went ahead and topped me off)....I really don't know how to slow myself down

Any Reward Tokens that were due because of an active, paid subscription up through September have already been granted to the account. This happened in a lump-sum distribution when Issue 21's Head Start went live back on 9/13. This same lump-sum distribution was applied to all City of Heroes accounts that had played the game prior to September 2011. This fact eliminates the "Active account: July/August/September" portion of your calculation from earlier. The account already received credit for those months, as contained in the lump-sum 39 amount I just referenced.

Going forward, Reward Tokens that are earned through having an active subscription/VIP membership are granted in arrears. This is because Reward Tokens earned this way don't grant until you've played through the game time that was paid for previously. They don't grant as soon as game time is applied to the account.

On a side note, Reward Tokens that are earned from purchasing Paragon Points through the Paragon Market grant within 10-15 minutes of the purchase being made. This usually requires that the character log out of the game completely and then back in. At that time, the account status is updated and the Reward Token is granted.

So what is the max amount of given/included tokens one can get, if they have subscribed the entirety of the game, bought box sets before, etc etc.....I was under the impression it was 38. I am not talking about additional tokens one can get via paying for points.

This post indicates this person got 39 via subscription/box purchases. Others have indicated 42, but it is unclear whether they bought additional ones or not.

I have 38. I thought everything was square as I've been here for the venerable "forever" amount. Sounds like I need to get a support ticket going?

Dude...such wasted potential. Obviously a couple of career choices you have no business being in.

Don't quit your day job........oh, wait.

    Alright.

But I ask after someone said they had a yearly subscription and had 42 tokens; no mention of purchasing extra points.
  9. Now I have to ask, how are people getting 42 tokens when Freedom launched?

I also deliberately will leave Shamster to his own devices when he goes off in the wrong direction; a few people were smart enough to catch on to that last night as well. Makes the sessions far more interesting and enjoyable.

We should have waited till this week

As I was saying the entire time!!!!!!!!!!!!

But the TV series from awhile back wasn't that bad for it was either.

Finished off the night around level 13/14.
You do realize who insists on having an iron fist in this, right? He can't even bother to pay attention to tells, SG chat, Local chat, or global chat; lord knows he doesn't pay attention to real-time going ons during iTrials for league chat as it is.

Or, at least, I'll blame a lack of attention and not accuse him of being cow-level slow in reaction/response times.

Had 4 Beams on the team for awhile, and no time manips. I found that odd.

Only had 6 on the team for the most part and had to bump to x8 about half way through. It was a beautiful thing.

But I don't like most of your characters........
  21. Have to agree it shows promise. They needed the "twist" at the end to keep it from being too predictable, but the twist itself was fairly predictable as well; but I'm more interested in the execution of the show then individual episodes.

I'm glad to see Ben Linus among the living and continuing his path of knowing lots but unable to actually do anything himself

Oh, and the machines name? MARTy

  23. The clip shown on Community was far and away more interesting than anything I've ever seen of that other show who blatantly ripped it off in the first place.
