I'm just concerned RP will get butchered by some new people. Such as the D getting spammed by people wanting to be Power Leveled or asking for teams. I have seen it before. Just last night saw a guy asking for those interested in a Rouge Mission team.

For the second rank of pets, maybe put them more upright and give them arms. Give them a bite attack as well, but maybe some super strength and Street Justice moves, (minus the legs).
For the Boss, make him look like a regular Hydra with arms and legs. At a loss though for what powers to give him.
Finally for the unique move, how about mulitplying one of your pets, (Except the boss) -
Elemental soul 41-46 (Failed to get my first 50. Could not get those ITF)
I felt I failed here, lost a lot of time trying to take care of the family, even when it was not needed. -
I just spent half of my points on new stuff. Chunk of which I did not get.

I'd like to see a natural long range set. One I've really wanted is razor sharp playing cards. Does lethal damage with DoT for bleeding effects.

I would support it. I've had characters that I'd get the wrong origin on or that would go through some change from lets say a natural to magical.
I support it. Heck maybe it could be a mission or arc. -
Heres what I mean. Heroes get access to both PPP and APP depending on what side. A villain only gets access to APP if he is well... a hero or vigilante. Same concept for heroes. So redside needs it's own APP version if heroes get their own version of PPP.
The end result is people would have access to 8 pools. 4 lore related or 4 easier non-lore related that are more common powers. -

The hero named after my original global, and my very first. Suppose to have electric and fire powers but I can never find a good set. Whether it be Blaster, Dominator, Brute, etc. Not giving his name out beccause I may use him.

Of my favorite:
The Arachnos Patrons except for Mako, he needs some clothing.
Dr. Vaz, the perfect representation of mad science.
Praetor White with hose cool gloves and shoulder pads.
And those Mu in general. Floating all over the place, crazy robes, real cool. -
For colors, I did learn that on AE you can customize the colors of the pets. Though it does the entire outfit so it would only be useful to Bots and maybe zombies. The other sets would not work.

My bots/FF could use that boost. My SG mates are leaving me in the dust.

Skipping the final pet on any of the MM sets can seriously weaken the build. Especially since by lvl 24, your genin will be -2 lvls and your Jounin -1. Your final pet is usually what helps you deliver that big damage punch in MM builds. Not to mention the Oni is fire damage which is better than Lethal and Smashing in most cases.

Bab most likely since his zone is gone, though this could be a great time for a new TF or he may just substitute someone else. So now he'd be standing where Citadel once was or Synapse.

Wondering what is a good PPP for Masterminds in general since I have several of them. And also what would be a exceptionally good one for a Bots/FF?

If you didn't just want melee sets, you could try to go for a permadom character.
The massive +recharge you have to get in order to get permadom has as a side effect that your attacks recharge very quickly, almost no matter what assault set you are using. Also, the endurance recovery whenever domination comes up means you tend not to run out of endurance.
