Wouldn't an Interrupt Reduction set be like having an Endurance Reduction set, or an Accuracy set?
-
What happened while I was gone?
I saw something on the Facebook page about Nemesis, did that mean anything in-game? -
Yeah, high collar without capes doesn't require any art work, just coding or databases work.
-
The guy in this screenshot is pretty clearly wearing the High Collar cape option with no actual cape rig. I've been wanting such an option pretty much since the Magic Super Booster came out. Did they finally add this option, or did they fake it with demo editing like I did?

Did you steal my thread idea? Nah, probably not. It's just a good idea.

According to the stats on the top level on the forums, there's over 5000 people looking at these forums right now. That's way more than enough to put CoH in first place on the poll, even considering the possibility that some of them might vote for other games. The moral of this story is that the people on this forum are LAZY.

I can get behind this suggestion. There's been a lot of times where I've been doing a quick respec at the start of the BAF trial and I miss the cinema, so it would be cool if it played again after I finish so I don't have to miss out on any content. I think a lot of other people would appreciate this, since they seem to go AFK during the cinema and miss it, so if it played more, people wouldn't miss out!

You really don't need to quote an entire giant post to respond with one sentence, especially when yours is the post directly after it...
-
But if we did that, how would we speed the LGTF?

I knew it was a good plan to do 10 villain tips on my Vigilante and then sit on the morality mission!

Kyriani says it's not useful, but Arcanaville says it is useful. That means it is useful, because Arcanaville has more posts.

Being able to blast while held isn't useful?
-
Quote:Why Blasters only? Are they the only ones allowed to do lots of AoE damage? The other classes with these nukes are already saddled with lower base damage and no Build Up, why should they also have to suffer an end crash for doing only half-to-2/3rds damage?Tier 9 Nukes: For blasters only, simply remove the crash from their Nukes and increase the mag of any mez effect associated with them to mag 4. Let those nukes grant survival through mez that's guaranteed to affect most (not all! and not elite!) bosses.
Quote:I don't think they should go as far as to totally remove the crash effects, but I think they need to be scaled back quite a bit - maybe even as far as to reduce their effects by at least 1/2 the current penalty values. In this way the Judgement Nukes will still be better but not by such a gigantic margin.
The only thing you'd really need to consider is that nukes are available 12-18 levels earlier than Judgement. For that reason, the crash shouldn't go away completely, but instead scale with level. Start at 41, reduce the -end and -recovery component by 10% per level up. At 50, there's no crash, but at 32-40 the full crash is in effect.
But to be honest, I'm not even fully convinced that any sort of crash at all is necessary. -

The TPN version's the only one who drops his guns during the fight though. And by that I mean he can actually be observed losing his grip on the pistols and dropping them.
-
What difference would it make? Any character that relies on holds is going to use their holds whether or not they stop them. They're a good source of damage.

I thought she needed that part exposed because she absorbed her solar energy there. But I guess not.

I thought the video game was number 3. It certainly played off the plot of the first two.
