There's a better reason for female clockwork. Clockwork were designed to be usable as player costume pieces, and if they went to all the trouble to make female clockwork they might as well use them, right?
Same reason Vanguard is the only group that has people with the Huge skeleton as totally normal, unremarkable members of the group. -
Quote:Maybe your other set is one with stuns, and you want to stack them. Energy Manipulation is both stun-heavy and popular among Blasters. And what situation, pray tell, is a stun superior to a hold? What situation that's so prevalent or important that it justifies such crappy duration?
The Spiritual branch of Alpha powers are desirable for their recharge buffs, and Stun happens to be one of its sub-buffs. Meanwhile, Hold enhancement is on the probably-the-least-popular Nerve branch.
Stun IO sets are, broadly speaking, superior to Hold sets in terms of set bonuses.
I wouldn't be surprised if there are enemies resistant to Holds that aren't resistant to Stuns. -
There are three -Perception enemies that drive me nuts in this game: Night Widows with Smoke Grenade, Tarantula Mistresses with Will Domination, and Scirocco with Dust Devils. Will the Rectified Reticle unique increase my perception enough that I'll be able to still see enemies when hit with those attacks?

Quote:That's the price of versatility.Suppresive Fire - Dual Pistols - Duration isn't on par with other blaster stuns
Quote:Stalagmites - Earth Control - Why such low accuracy?
Flashfire - Fire Control - See above
Quote:Whirling Hands - Energy Melee - Only mag 2. Any good reason for that?
Quote:Fault - Stone Melee - Low acc AND low mag? Ever wonder why you rarely see this power?
Handclap - Super Strength - Oh, snap, same again.
Quote:Dark Pit - Dark Blast - Low acc, low mag, high end cost. Just...why?
Quote:Pulsar - Luminous Blast - Another one. Someone point out the upsides to me, please?
Quote:Photon Grenade - Robotics - It costs HOW much? And does WHAT damage? And you call THAT a stun? Please, if I laugh any harder I'll crack a rib...
So no, I don't think Stuns need help. -
The different names across the APPs certainly makes it easier to report bugs with the powers.
-
I think you just want an excuse to mess with a certain icon creating tool.
-
What, you think there're no male Seers? They exist. You just don't see them because the uniforms aren't as flattering on them.
And what, Dominatrix and Cole? That's gross, get your head out of the gutter. -
Now you're just making things up to defame him.
-
I bet we're not going to get them. And you know why? Because they only exist for the Male skeleton. Have you seen any Female or Huge IDF shock troopers? No, because they don't exist. They haven't made the pieces for those models, and so nobody gets them.
-
Wait, was I ON that TF? Because that happened to me too.

There's Gravel, that cone attack that Minions of Igneous use. You could also give them a click version of Granite along the lines of Force of Nature and Surge of Power.

I suppose bureaucracy is a pretty good excuse, but I don't like it.
-
But that'd be too sensible and not annoying enough to other forum posters.

That's because people are utter idiots, which is why we need our beloved leader in the first place.

Specifically, I'm talking about the ability to make custom groups out of existing mobs. For example, there's several tip missions where you fight against a private militia run by Hollow Point. It's a private militia with werewolves and space aliens, because it's just the Council. Why didn't they take the human members of the Council and 5th columns, give them a common, unique color scheme, and call them a new group? It would've made for much better missions.
Another example: the Whispered Hand. Another group you hear about in Tip missions, this guild of assassins that Silent Blade can't decide on her affiliation with is just the Knives of Artemis when you encounter them in-game. Again, with some new colors and descriptions you'd have a different enough group to satisfy the OCD of us. So why don't they do that? -
-
I think I'm seeing a pattern. My Scrapper's got 7 Hero points. It seems like everyone who's not getting tips is a Rogue trying to go Hero who also has more than 5 Hero points.
-
Don't they? It seems like they would be part of the map like birds and ambient trash that get automatically generated.

Quote:Exciting!Depictions of Hamidon that you see scattered around Praetoria are merely a charicature of the real thing: artists' renderings of something seen only from a distance and poorly understood. Hamidon has changed since players last confronted the creature in Primal Earth, but the story here is just beginning to unfold...
-
Also according to Tyrant's bio, they some how used the Hamidon to restore the parts of the planets destroyed by nuclear bombs. They probably didn't just turn it loose after that, so it's probably contained somewhere where it won't be making random attacks on the capital city of the world.

Synapse and Black Scorpion never post, without BAB and now you the dev digest is going to be so empty!
-
I've been trying for days to switch back to Hero on my Scrapper, and I've stalled at Rogue. No matter how many enemies I kill in Paragon City, in missions or on the street, I'm not getting any tip drops. My fame bubbles are empty, and I'm killing enemies over 20, and yet I have no tips. I even went back to the Rogue Isles, and I haven't secretly gotten any tips there, so what's the deal? Am I the only one, or is there no way to switch sides now?

Quote:I'd hardly call it screwed, since you leave Nova before you can get debt. What's the tether system? I'm not familiar - but yeah it could just be an unfortunate place for Winter Lord to spawn. Worse, if you caught the train from Nova as a lowbie, you're screwed if they are inside the station. You won't know they are there til they get you and then it's hospital. That really shouldn't be allowed to happen.
