I've been successful on all of the Barracuda SF's that I have ran, but a Master run is just plain crazy. I'm glad I never did make a badging villain.

The group I run with does one about once a month. With a /cold or two it's a piece of cake.
My favorite all AT ITF is VEAT heavy with one /kin for buffing. Bwahahah...everything just keels over. -
That pretty much jives with my experience. One part that I found humorous was that a lot of the costume options were things that anyone here would recognize. Personally I found the costume editor clunky at best.
The interaction between contacts and objects did remind me of WoW. To sum it up, I felt like I was playing a PnP game. The only thing missing was my awesome dice collection. -
So I picked up an open Beta key today and downloaded for 2+ hours. All I have to say is: Totally meh about it. Two hours of playing and everything I saw was something that CoH has. Nothing at all caught my interest.

I'm not sure what they did to break them. I moderate a VBulletin board and it works wonderfully.
I do agree with the rest. Fix the jump to first unread and fix it where once I have read it it STAYS READ! Freaking annoying that I mark a board read, come back to it and poof! It's got three day stale posts as unread. -

CO is an interesting game to say the least. And like many I'm a little iffy on Emmert heading all the projects Cryptic is working on, but theargument that he is just after money is silly. Every game on the market is after money, thats why they were made. If you think the costume booster packs are strickly for your pleasure and not for Paragon Studios to get more money then you really need to think twice.
