I run Ultra mode and I have to say that I am in favor of Option 1 as well for numerous reasons, most of which have already been stated in this thread.

All I have for comment is that my SR Brute was doing fairly well before I15 with little problems for soloing. I went up against some Longbow at even con a few days ago and they tore him up like nobody's business.

Anecdotal evidence I know. It seems like some changes may have been made to enemy debuffing. I take my willpower tank up against anything that debuffs and it's like tossing him into a paper shredder. I don't remember either of those toons being that squishy pre-GR.

Or it could be like my sons computer and the DNS information is old.

Open the run window (Windows key - R) and type ipconfig /flushdns and hit ok.

This will wipe the local DNS cache on your computer and force it to go out and get new IP addresses from the server.

For me so far it's been the dialog choices and the updated look. Praetoria looks so much more like a city than the original game ever did.
