Yahoo!!! No Con Crud for me
So long Comic Con and thanks for the memories!
-
Thanks for the great advice folks, so haven't caught a case of Con Crud. Having a great time, so far the bad times I had was the Hasbro line cluster[censored] and not being able to see the Thundercats premire, due to what I felt was very bad line management.

Really appreciate the advise, will do my best to follow it and hopefully not catch a case of the Con Crud and remain healthy through the whole thing.

I have 3 accounts and odds are I will maintain the status quo on all 3 of them

Quote:Have a nephew, haven't gotten sick from him yet, but his father has. So I'm sure my brother has built up a nice healthy immune system.Edit - I would almost say, spend time around kid relatives. If you've got nieces/nephews, little brothers/sisters/cousins, ask their parents if you can babysit for a day or two. Why? Kids are nothing if not germ factories. If you can withstand the plagues those little buggers carry, I'd think you could withstand Con Crud.

Quote:It is a teaserKind of hated that trailer. Of course I'm looking forward to the movie, but we were just fed several scenes from BATMAN BEGINS and THE DARK KNIGHT with a tiny drop of new material added in to justify the trailer's existence. Did anyone catch Anne Hathaway in that? No? Because she wasn't there!

So does this mean that the sig arcs have an impact on future story events?

I'll give the Vitamin C thing a whirl. So far my past tactics have been using Sanitizer and avoiding the local food and water, mostly brought my own food and water and ate at the hotel room when I went to Dragon Con. So I guess try loading up on Vitamin C, Zinc, use of Sanitizer, and keep myself hydrated at the Con.

Okay this time it's an official release of the DKR trailer. Posted on the Dark Knight Rises Facebook page

Quote:I don't have any health conditions that I know of. Last physical I got, which was about 2 months ago gave me a clean bill of health, doc didn't find anything wrong. Past conventions were Dragon Con in Atlanta, GA and like clockwork I've gotten sick during the days that I'm there. It happens either in the middle or near the end of the convention days. It feels like a 24 hour bug, the symptoms are coughing, alot of it, a runny nose, and a very upset stomach, thankfully no headaches. It goes away after one or two days. I just want to avoid this happening to me while I'm at Comic Con.That's a bit vague. Do you have some condition or health problems? When you say you get "sick" do you mean stomach, head ache, (insert other ailments) and does it happen before, during or after. Being around large groups of people shouldn't do that to you unless there is something underlying or a zombie outbreak.

So I just found out that I'm going to the 2011 Comic Con. Brother suprised me with the tickets, so awesome, but I have a bit of a problem. I've been to a few cons before and the problem I have is that I get sick. One time I was confined to the hotel room and couldn't leave
. I guess being around so many people can do that to you. I really want to avoid this, and would really like to remain healthy through the whole thing. So aside from sealing myself in a plastic bubble and bringing in loads of sanitizer. Does anyone here have any advice on trying to remain healthy in a convention?

Quote:Venom?
No way... unless he´s for some reason back together with Brock.
I agree, right now with the Symbiote teamed up with Flash Thompson. Venom is being played like he was during his anti-hero days. Same goes for Eddie Brock with his Anti-Venom persona. Not really much of an A-List villain. -

There was a post that had the trailer but looks like it got removed

Heck if Spidey can swing above Central Park without attaching his webs to anything in his games. then I don't see why we can't have it in our game. Give us a Zipline travel power please.
