I would say that, unless shape-changing is very important to your character concept, the Martial Arts booster is your best bet. Ninja Run is an awesome travel power and it unlocks at level 4.

Here's one I've used before:

Controller (Natural): Illusion/Radiation - using holograms and other SFX tricks

There are two tram lines, the Yellow Line(Atlas Park, Galaxy City, Kings Row, Steel Canyon, and Skyway City) and the Green Line (Steel Canyon, Skyway City, Talos Island, Independence Port, Croatoa, Brickstown, Founder's Falls).
Even if you've never been to a zone before, the tram will take you there.

An interesting idea. I know I have often wished the SG registrar provided the names of leaders or some other means of contacting the Super Group.

Found a bug with some of the base items received as veteran's awards. The display cases for Hamidon Goo, Numina's Cape, and Black Scorpion's Armor Shard no longer have anything inside them, just empty cases. Not sure how long its been broken, SG mates tell me it dates to the Halloween patches.

Hello Paragon Marketing! I have a suggestion for you. Why not make the in game items from the City of Heroes Collector Edition and the City of Villains Collectors Edition available through micro transactions? I'm sure there are plenty of folks who'd like to get their hands on Power Slide or the Cape of Fourn Winds.

Like the Knight said, first make sure you actually have the badge by collecting the exploration badges in SG mode (look under Super in the badge listing).

The beacons you have available will be be listed under teleport in the "place items" menu when in a teleportation room.

To build a teleport pad, use a basic worktable. Only two beacons may be attached to any pad.

My main is AR/Dev. He was also my first level 50 and got most of that by soloing.

I love Full Auto, I can use it at least once a fight (twice in big brawls) and that's after its recharge got nerfed.

Black_Strike is right that you have to learn how to postiton your cones, so its not for everyone. But overall I'm quite fond of it.

63 characters: 32 male (51%), 30 female (48%), 1 huge (1%)

Which surprised me really, I thought the female characters would edge out the males.

Among my real life friends who play (or used to play) this game -10 are male (71%), 4 are female (29%).

Flamethrowers.

Flamethrowers are illegal under the Geneva Convention. It doesn't bother me when, say, the Council or the Sky Raiders are using them. It's what they do, they're bad guys.

However... When Longbow, a law-abiding and law-enforcing entity, starts using them, it sets my teeth on edge.

If there isn't a Geneva Convention in CoH-world, possibly due to the fact that super-powered beings who can spit fire breath are an almost regular occurrence, then I suppose I could live more easily with this issue. However, if there is one, then why wouldn't flamethrowers be included under the "no cruel weapons" portion? It's irksome. It gives the Villains/Rogues ground to stand on when they justify themselves that the Heroes/"Vigilantes" are two-faced sycophants.

Okay first a quick descent into geekdom: the Geneva Conventions don't have anything to do with what weapons you can use - they cover the treatment of prisoners and the wounded. Its the Hague Conventions which lay out what weapons you can or can't use and how.

Now then, the basic answer to your question would be that these military conventions don't apply. Longbow is a police agency not a military force, it operates under a different set of rules. Police may freely use shotguns and tear gas, while soldiers cannot as a general rule.

As with anything discussion of a legal topic, sweeping generalizations have been made to protect the reader's sanity.

Got a few questions regarding Praetorian Earth.
1 Is it really, as its so often called, a "mirror universe" - that is are the villains in our universe heroes over there?

If so:
1a) Has its always mirrored our universe or did the divergence occur more recently?


2)Or is really an alternate history where Statesman went rogue and everything that's different is fallout from that?

If so:
2a) What happened to the villains? Did they become even nastier? Or get wiped out since the evil Phalanx still wins the big fights?
