Hyper Drive Porbably has no intention to kill, as he is too carefree to be bother with it.Not that he would probably remember he has as his memory is still on the fritz. Thought Longbow are very very concerned that "project:hyper" was used as a weapon but who ever created him.

I ment power wise for recluse and states, (MM is dependant on others, tanker is independant kinda thing)

A complete opposite, (superman/lex, lord recluse/statesman) or mirror image/same power (green lantern/sinsetro, pryo/iceman) or a differnet version of yourself (kal-el/kal-l,states/tryant)

Get flaming arrow sooner, it does massive damage for a defender

Im conflicted Gang. As the teams are reshuffled because of the lost of members, I am confused as to who i should continue on as. Blitz or Hyper. SO ileave in to the milita to decide as i don't mind doing either. so if you guys could vote who you want to play with Blitz or hyper. Alsodo we need more defenders now or scrappers?I think we lost at least two of each?

I think if i can recall, only Blitz( my old Rp alt) and Dragonfly kill.

Thats cuz most villains that go there are stalkers and brutes who like to engage heroes more than do the hotspots

Well ya, one AT vs three. No change means the same tactic will work for all 4 stalkers, clear mind twice then attack. corruptor brute staller vs blaster, scrapper, defender = alot more possiblities

My Characters tend to be polar opposites and oxy-morons

Ultra Nova is a bit like the phoneix in the sense that he is incredibally powerful and could defeat even hami on his own ( he can practically crack the planet in half if he fully exerted himself) , but has almost no control of his upper powers, therefore we must stunt his ownself by wearing the damping suit, and using the least amount of his powers that he can. He is also very stunted by his morals, he would not let his powers rage out of control nor could he concieve using half of his powers in fear of harming someone.To sum it up the more control Ultra loses the more powerful he becomes. Which is actually weird for me because i hate superman type characters.

Blitz on the other hand is very very weak for a mutant. But he is so skilled he can take down my enemies far more powerful than himself. The better in control he remains and the more he trains the more "powerful" he becomes

Also raven do you GGers take in account for the backstory of paragon? If so , and you character is so god like, do you take in account that in the paragon storyline Mirror Spirit will one day become more powerful than you as she is destined to become the most powerful acrane force on the planet? That would make her extremely powerful!

Maybe imbalanced in terms of co-ordination and teamwork. The villian "teams" i faced always do what you would expect, teamup for more bounty, but solo in a fight, occasionally teaming up to ambush a player that they see as key (like an empath). I once faced a team with a stalker a brute a MM and acorruptor, and the fight was awesome and actually lasted more than 30 seconds.

Problem is most people don't team properly in pvp, they team just to "gank" or to get extra bounty from their teammates kills.The reason i say that the villians have imbalacnes more than heroes, is because heroes tend to be better at teaming ( and i mean the PCs not in comics). Villains in pvp zones don't tend to stick together, while the heroes do in fear of stalkers and the such. Maybe stalkers are the begining of the down fall of solo pvp as more heroes will learn to team? Not saying that stalekrs can't team well, they're abit like scrappers, they tend to run off at the first sign of a hero and give chase, while the others stay as a group. When sticking together how ever stalker probably would do alot better as i've seen because the visible players allow the stalker to go even more unnoticed and AS a key player.

Still no one wants to make a pvp team? shame

Any one up for forming a weekly pvp team? We would need one of each AT then 3 extras that can be whatever. ANyone lke this idea?

For High lvl pvp, i find energy energy good, boost range helps. it doubles the distances of you attacks!

Dude i think thats alitle harsh. More times than not i notice that the people who are screaming "illl pwn j0o you n00b" is the people getting kill,not the killers, people getting overly frustrated by the fact that someone has found a way to kill them. Like in the RV event i was killing certain people when they killed me, i got " ha n00b" just brush it off. If your polite more times than not you wilget people say nice fight, or "damn you and your phase shift i was so close to killing you! n00b lol" (which was followed by something like "damn how fast are your reflexes!" when i phased again lol) as a joke.

And IMO ganking isn't helping a teammate not die when there being attacked or even helping a teammate attack its called team work. GAnking is when four stalkers chase one guy all night long.

All i can say is team up , if your a hero, it makes it horriblely uneven for vilians lol. Other than that its all down to skill practise and not getting over emotional, i got tp'ed to a drone by a MM last night, i didn't really care, its a good tactic to get a player out of play, so you can get the upper hand. I simply returned the favor by Aim+build up+power boosting and sniping him when he ad no pets in the villian base .All is fair in love and war. Ther is no fair fight, even in RL, some one wil always be fst but your stronger, smarter but your faster and on and on. Trynot to let this remove you from pvp. It is a relaly fun part of the game once you get into it! So my tips for you are..

1) Team up, it makes it alot more fun and gives you loads more options. ( my fave is the "defender is alone trick", works like a charm against stalkers!

2) Make a pvp build if you want to get serious, i don't have one but i hear it helps

3)bring break frees and inspirations, one must always go into battle prepared!

4)High lvl pvp is different then low lvl aswell, try that if sirens isn't your thing

5)Buy the temp powers from the vendors, they help alot.

6) did i mention team? this is a MMo pvp game now, its not really ment to be balance solo. It is very much more balanced teamed, and once you get the hang of it, lone players won't really try to attack you as they will be destroyed!

7) don't underestimate a defender or corruptor, they can be worse the stalkers, especially teamed

8) Masterminds are useless with out pets , attck them and he has no bodyguard.

9) constantly move!

10) If your first option exit is block try the other one?

I was doin some late night pvp yesterday, and i was fortunate to team with a mind troller and a empath defender.
My god how we "pwned"! Kill alot fo stalekrs, it was almost way to easy, even when the villian team of 2 stalkers and a brute attacked us at once we still beat them everytime! You almsot can't lose if you stay as a team together. They were clever thought, they try to take out the empath but they couldn't AS her thanks to us having 3 Clear minds we could see any stalker from afar, tk rocks in pvp as well and makes the life of a blaster so much easier. The brute was the one i felt the most sorry for because all its stratagies went out the window, because he couldn't stun us at all! I recommend to everyone scorned by pvp soloing to try it in a team with friends it the most fun i've had in a while

Sorry Aisla! didn't mean to offend! I was just adding to the "rules of movies" referencing to red heads , if you look at almost all ( north) american movies with redheads, ( american pie, wedding crashers, Tomcats, Titanic etc..)there abit shy, but hot and very freaky (hip hop term meaning "seductive", hard to explain) when alone. I prefer redheads over blondes and brunettes, (im also canadian, lots of my canadian friends like redheads too lol)
