Same by my setting too, and I started this a little over two years ago... my has time flown by. I cannot believe this game is nearly 5 years old -
We seem to be getting more customization now too with the mission customizer. It'd be nice if this comes down the road soon

3 other Villains helms to complete the collection in icon. as for the question of the recycling of prievious Vet powers vs adding new and or the natural being uber with two ranged attacks, Um No.
Being able to select Axe over Sands was always an animation issue both are great powers.
Staff is for Natural Tech and Science to get bonus
Wand is for Magic and Mutant to get bonus
Natural doesn't get to double dip any more than any other AT set who could chose both for ranged, but only one of the items would get the bonus damage for matching your AT.

Actually if memory is working right:
Science/Tech/Natural =Nemesis Staff buff
Mutant/Magic/Natural =Black Wand Buff
So yes Natural can "Double dip"
Edit: here's the text from the Vet Reward Page for the 33 month badge that offers Nem/Blackwand choice:
"The Nemesis staff is a steam-powered staff that shoots bolts of energy that deal damage, and knocks back foes. Characters of Science, Technology, or Natural, origin get a bonus to their damage when using this power. Damage: Moderate. Recharge: Long.
The Blackwand is a black metal wand that feels cold in the hand, and glows with dark arcane energies. It decreases the chance enemies will hit you when they are affected by itÂ’s magics. So are you calling Back Alley Brawler a liar? He said in a post and he told me that SM was changed for shields in a PM. He said if they were going to change any Damage Per Animation powers they'd start with Energy Transfer first.

Not true. I said those power animations got looked at because we are working on shields. That's what lead us to discover the minor bug.

Why do minor bugs take higher priority over balance reasons?
Why correct bugs (That are essentially nerfs) when you have SERIOUS balance issues with animation times in sets? It once again creates unfairness between powersets. -

Not to sound mean but if you are going to be changing animations and such (See: Adding Casting Time) then you should simply do a global sweep and look at ALL animations and change them for balance reasons. I think it is unfair (And NO I do NOT play Stone Melee) that you change some animations (Stone Melee, Fire Sword Circle) and not others.
It should be all or nothing not picking and choosing. It only creates envy between powersets where you got Energy Transfer sitting as God on Mount Olympus laughing at the other powersets. -
You may be able to solo it with temp powers the LRSF

Anything can be made Flashback, but the "completed" star checks for A) Souvenir clue or B) the Badge. If we did missions that were not Story Arcs and not Badged, then they would never show complete.
That said, I have no problem doing this if you guys don't. Just let me know what missions you want on Ouroboros and I will do my best to get them there.

Awesome idea dood. I have always wanted a signature power for my MM or Stone Tank. Right now, my stone tanks sig is "Stagtites" or what ever it is called.
DEVS! PLEASE CONSIDER THIS! This idea is magnificent!

The Developer Ghost Widow appeared in game and mentioned this thread. It would be cool if a developer made a reply though. (I know Back Alley Brawler made a reply in one suggestion thread before) -
Generic IO's don't cost much. They are cheap to build too. I don't use set IO's until after 35.
Here's how my power selection went up to 24:
1) Bots/WebGrenade
2) Caltrops
4) Triage
6) Upgrade
8) Hasten
10) Acid Mortar
12) Prot Bot
14) Swift
16) FFG
18) Health
20) Stamina
22) Poison Gas
24) Super Speed
If you want to solo AV's at this level, you need to follow this build. Without Hasten and Stamina you won't stand a chance.
And someone will come in here and said they did it without this build -- Good for you, but I am min/maxing. -

Yes thats correct.
I just haven't upload screenshots. I got some cool ones from Viridian's Arc where I wiped out all the council AV leaders.
My robots weren't in AOE range.

Was it SO's or IO's at level 24 that you slotted into Triage Becon?
Also, would it be a good idea to put my ASSBOT (when I get him, only 3 more levels!) in melee with a Triage Becon to keep the aggro of the AV while I have the Protector Bots in middle range able to heal the Assault Bot if the Triage Becon and Aid Other isn't enough and have the Battle drones far away in max range?

I was next to her because I was tanking her. It is not a good idea to use your T3 to tank. I had IO's at that level, the level 25 generic IO's. -

No veteran attacks will make aggroing her hard. You need both provoke and hasten in this case.

1) Never get the Mastermind attacks, they are worthless.
2) Sands of Mu will help -- Reason Veteran attacks are good is because they do not have the MM damage mod.
3) Triage Beacon, Defensive Mode, positioning, and Poison Trap will help you. Maybe even bring a few purples and use 1 or 2 at a time.
