Got a Ragnarok ACC/Rech Recipe off of Rom today during the last mission of the ITF. First purple ever

I've been enjoying double experience weekend this entire weekend. I've noticed though since the last time I remember ALL the servers were yellow and Freedom was in red and sometimes locked. (I believe Virtue too at peak times) -- This weekend most servers still appear green. Was capacity increased on most servers or are we seeing a smaller playerbase? Did anyone take any numbers or anything unofficial this weekend?

I am generally curious and no this not a DOOM post I am generally wondering. I haven't had a problem finding a team but then again I am on Freedom.

Also what about AOE attacks?

Ok I have another question that is to a different topic. What attacks should I pick up for single target DPS? I am currently Grav/Psi.

Should I go with the melee attacks? What about Lift? I know Propel is bad. Any thoughts? Should I stick with all range?

I want to be able to stealth on my Dominator and was wondering what I should go. The options really are Super Speed, Stealth, and Invisibility (Which requires two power picks). I am currently Grav/Psi so no stealth in my powersets. Any thoughts?

Just curious who you might be. I haven't seen the NA added to anyone besides the moderators.

Well I want to level a character REALLY slowly. I know there is a "No EXP" option but I figured I'd post here first and ask. Basically, does anyone have a powerset, AT, etc, they may have been interested in playing but not really leveling?

I am looking for someone that wants to create a character for a level pact that I will pretty much level. I'd prefer if you didn't play that character for at least a month after creation because I want my character to level slow.

If this sounds interesting to anyone let me know.

I should note this is for FREEDOM SERVER

If I enter into a leveling pact with a friend and his account expires does it automatically break the pact or would his character despite his account being expired still get experience?
