This could be one of two things.
1: Yes it could just be the memory leak.
2: Your system could be memory/swap(paging file) starved and the system is simply running out of available physical memory and swap, but not really overflowing its process limits.

This is incorrect. I purchased the whole barbarian set, and it all unlocked right then and there. No need to claim it through email, I didn't need to relog as some people have reported needing to, I was able to use it all immediately. The pieces are applied directly to your account, like the old boosters were. Him not having those pieces unlock yet has got to be a bug of some sort, which support should be able to fix up for him.
Ultimus, are the items showing up in your purchase history? Have the points for them been deducted from your total? Support might be a little swamped right now, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes them a day or so to get back to you, but you should at least get the automated reply to say your ticket has been received. -

do read the guide and make sure you do things in the order you need to. Honestly you should be done with White before the issue of Cleo ever comes up. Don't move on to the next zone til you are done with the prior zones , it will save you some headaches. That lets you work on the 2 rules at the top of the guide. It doesn't matter what side you are on when you get into imperial but it does matter to let the Responsibility guy wait til you are done with Warden.
It -is- a good idea to plan to go into Neuropolis as a Resistance member to get the Crusader out from under you , then choose as you like ..always remembering to go loyalist long enough to finish the Power arc.
I actually stop leveling before the cut off to make sure I can do the arcs one after the other.
In other words .. I lock'd xp at lvl 8 and lvl 13 til I finished the first and second zones. I will probably lock at 18 to avoid any issues in Neuro.
One more suggestion is to set all missions down to -1 level and you are worth one hero. You are not there for levels, or even loot (as it is actually a pain in the **** to get rid of locked into Praet)..you are there for story , make it easier on yourself. I still got my rear handed to me in some spots. -

I don't even run virus on scan on my machine its purely for gaming I have nothing else installed on it.

Did anyone buy the Barbarian set? I seem to be having an issue with it, I bought it but its unlocking. I am looking at the individual pieces and they still all show as locked.
Has anyone had luck? I bought it about 4 hours ago.. and have been offline since then and logged back on to no avail. -

You got me for 200 dollars today. Had to buy all the enhancement storage increases, recipe increases, and salvage increases. (Of course beam rifle too)...

I got my global name Ultimus so I am happy. Also got all of my character's name including Thanatos and Vorador.
I also got the name "Brad Pitt" since I thought that was kind of funny. -
So the memory leak in this game is still crashing my game. Its very annoying so I might as well bite the bullet and from what I've read adding more RAM has fixed this problem for people. However, I currently use Vista 32-Bit OS. So here are my questions:
1) I currently have 4 gigs of RAM. If I add more RAM to this, is it going to do anything since I am on a 32-bit OS?
2) My other option is to upgrade to a Windows 7 64-Bit OS. I don't run any applications that wouldn't work on this. To my knowledge though you gotta wipe the harddrive going from 32 to 64 bit. Is the change difficult to do? I've personally never installed an OS before...
3) If I do end up upgrading to Windows 7, what is the best 64-bit version? Is there different ones? -
I've read Zombie Man's Guide and such. Curious if anyone has done this, does it matter if you go with Loyalist or Resistance at start?

Out of curiosity, do we get double rewards in Issue 21? For example, I have the EXP Booster power on all of my characters due to being a long term Veteran. When Issue 21 comes out and I begin filling up my token tree, is the game going to resend those rewards?
Reason I am asking this is because on my characters not yet 50 I will burn through those XP Boosters since a new one will be coming in. Anyone know? -
Seen a few people talk about this and wanted to share it with everyone. The new Token system awards a token for every Veteran badge you have with the yearly badges giving two. The 13th of September is when Issue 21 goes live.
Here's the problem: People that were very close to receiving a new Veteran badge, let alone a yearly token, get a short end of the stick.
Example:
Account A is about to receive their 36 month Token on 14th of September. On September 13th though they are awarded 11 Tokens + 2 Bonus tokens for the two yearly Veteran Badges. (Yes there is more for having a game account code but ignoring that for now its not the concern)
However, had the patch been delayed for this person by 1-2 days they would be receiving 12 Tokens + 3 Bonus tokens.
Essentially, they miss out on two tokens equal to about 30 dollars.
I admit it sucks for these people, and others that were receiving a Veteran badge this month.
I wonder if it would be possible to create a grace period for the month of September and if you were to receive a veteran token during this month you get the associated tokens with it. (1 for a regular badge, 2 for a yearly) -

The Tier 9 VIP items also change out quarterly, so, if you never buy any PP (thus all your reward tokens are from time subscribed), you'll get a new set of VIP tier slots each time you complete the three (assuming it stays at 3 / quarter). The repeatables are only really nice if you've got extra tokens to spare (such as from buying PPs, or having been subscribed for an extremely long time already)/don't care about one of the Tier 9 VIP items.
Some of the other Tier 9 items aren't bad, either. Not amazing, but certainly not bad.

I think the real question the OP is asking is, since for subscriptions you get your reward tokens at the start, when you pay for the subscription... how's it going to work in this transitional time? Say today I just bought a 12 month subscription... do I not get any reward tokens, since Vet Rewards are based on time played? Or, if I bought the 12 month subscription back before June, do I get jipped (if they transitioned behind the scenes in June)?
(I'm atm on a 1 month subscription, and coming up for a renewal right after Freedom goes live, so this won't really impact me

What happens to the Token you were to get right near the release date?
Let me Illustrate, I am an 84 month Veteran with my next badge being awarded on the 20th of September. When the patch goes live on September 13th, it will calculate the amount of tokens you have and award that many tokens with a yearly badge giving two tokens.
What he is concerned about is that lets say his "39th Month Badge" was going to be awarded on the 15th of September. Since the patch goes live on the 13th, it will give him tokens only for 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36. However, had it been two more days he'd be receiving an extra token.
This becomes more of a problem for people that were going to be awarded a yearly badge because those give two tokens. -
Nm I stand corrected on the Tier 9 rewards... I didn't realize they were changed:
Each time a reward token is placed in this slot it grants the following account item certificates: 25 certificates redeemable for one piece of Enhancement Booster salvage
Does this mean you get 25 enhancement boosters? -

I understand how the rewards work for VIP, the badges all that. That's not my question. Since 3 month awards are in fact being still awarded presumably right up until Sep 12th. And those who get the badge get the extra TOKEN. What happens to those who will be awarded a 3 month badge right around or even on Sept 13th. There 3 months don't count?
Or does it still get awarded? (Either early or on Normal Date)
I can't see the DEVS saying too bad, reward was meant to be issued until the 14th suck it up...but until I see it in print that's my fear.
But everytime you spend 15 dollars toward points you get a reward token. Essentially, you could buy like 400 dollars worth of points and go from Tier 0 to Tier 9 instantly.
The other thing is once you reach Tier 9 I personally don't see the repeatable token benefits being that great. -

How is the set? Pros / Cons? How is the damage? How powerful is the T9? Etc.
I've played a Fire/Dark Corruptor which was a lot of fun AOEing things down. It also did REALLY nice on single targets too. How would it match that? -

That sucks for Mac users but there is a reason some call it Macintrash. Macs aren't for gaming and that is one fact. The majority of games are built for Windows.
Macs are for photo editing and other type of editing software. It is the best at it. Personally, if I were a graphics designer, music composer, etc, I'd be using a Mac.
This doesn't mean things shouldn't be fixed at some point. However, being a small majority your issues won't get fixed as fast.
