Does this work with refer a friend 500 point thing? If so I could make a bunch of accounts and get 500 points at 99 cents each..

Quote:Hmm yeah that is confusing, so the suppression was added then removed?Fairly sure the suppression is gone, the wiki entry lists it under "Historical" and the linked post talks about it being gone.
Also, City of Data doesn't show anything on the power that should cause it to suppress. -
Quote:I am not really understanding that image, is each grey block a second?Information on the Proc:
http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Force_...or_%2BRecharge
As mentioned the +recharge doesn't stack. I don't recall if the suppression time has been changed, but here's a visual on the suppression time after the proc has fired.

Has anyone tested this? I have 3 attacks which I can either place a Force Feedback +Rech proc or a +DMG proc into them.
The set this is with is Super Strength -- Does the recharge benefit you more then having a 20% chance to deal minor psionic damage? -
Actually I disagree on this, part of the reason is a Brute has a 122% to reach the hp cap for them, outside from Dull Pain, this is pretty much impossible to reach for a Brute. (Unless a Cold powerset is available)

Quote:Ok and I am back again, doing some testing on test again with Titan Weapons, what is redraw time around?Correction, there used to be no such thing. The delay you speak of was caused by weapon attacks taking the same amount of time to cast whether your weapon was drawn or not. Now all sets (sans Spines/Thorns, iirc) have removed that extra activation time, but now when they redraw their weapon actually adds time to the powers activation.
In other words:
I am gaining momentum and then undrawing my weapon, I notice the animation is a lot like Fire Melee or Stone Melee, essentially there is no redraw the weapon appears during the animation.
I'm testing it and it doesn't appear for TW to cause a longer animation.
Anyone else tested this? -
Quote:You are right, I went back to my old question and you are correct.Correction, there used to be no such thing.
Any idea when it was implemented? What issue?
Also what is the animation times of powers with redraw now? Basically, in the in game animation time is that the animation time with or without redraw? (IE, if you were looking at Katana or Broadsword set) -
Well some other thoughts to toss out too:
1) Not all the attacks are 2.5 cast time, one of them is 2.0 and hits very hard so that would be good for a momentum starter.
2) The attacks in Titan Weapons deal nearly twice the base damage of Super Strength attacks including the cones. The only exception is Defensive Sweep which deals a little less then Super Strength's Punch.
2A) Of course KO Blow does more damage then TW's hardest hitting attack by about 15 more base damage (Or about 1 brawl index.) However, that attack in TW has a one second animation and reduces Damage Resistance and Defense by 10%
3) Two of the attacks can take the -Res Proc from Achilles Heel for 20% more damage.
4) The cones aren't something to sneeze at either like other melee cones, when I was testing it the arc is so wide it can hit a target almost behind you.
5) The Buildup in Titan's Weapons is the same stats as Street Justice but grants *FIFTEEN 15* seconds of Momentum...
Anyways, have you considered any of this? -
I notice on the short help that it only buffs hp about 2% on my tanker per application with it. 53.4 hp for 30 s, 1 minute, and 2 mins so a total of about 6% hitpoint increase. Granted the first part is about a 10% hitpoint increase (for 10 seconds).
So considering this doesn't even go near the amount of hp that Dull Pain can buff, is this intended? The other trees pretty much go to the extreme in the buffs they give. -
I noticed the AOE in Titan Weapons has the same radius, target cap, and animates in 1 second compared to SS's FS of 2.10. On top of that, it has a ton of cones with momentum that have 120 degree arcs that can animate in 1 second with momentum.
Titan's Weapon AOE also hits as hard as the Super Strength equal.
Do people think TW/Fire will be the new farming build? -
Same no token, points, or transfer yet

Quote:Did they say anything like we'd see them in 2012?They were mentioned briefly during the Endgame panel. No major info though.
If I remember correctly, they are working on them. Some of them have changed from their initial design concepts (and the names may change too). And, no estimated release time frame was given.
So, yes. They were mentioned, but no juicy news. -
Quote:Speaking of that, how exactly does the chain work? Lets say I have enemies spread in a straight line:My experience is that Ion is the most popular with Pyronic being second. Void and Cryonic seem to be very unpopular and Vorpal hasn't been out long enough to really say.
As for why, I think Ion is popular for two reasons. First when the powers were originally released Ion had a bug that caused it to frequently hit enemies twice if it wasn't target saturated. Since it's very rare to target saturate the Judgement powers this made it a lot more powerful than the others. This was fixed but a lot of people still had Ion judgements. and no particular incentive to change (it's no longer OP but other else became FotM either). The second reason is that Ion is easier to use than the others. You don't have to worry to much about which target you select, the chaining effect will tend to cause it to hit everything anyway.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Will it hit all of them even if I target the right most enemy? Will it go down the line infinitely until it hits the max targets? -
I'd say about 95% people of the people I have seen use this judgement. Is there a reason the majority doesn't go with anything else? While I also have Ion at tier 4, I am building up Void for that -50% damage debuff which looks very nice.
Just curious why everyone goes Ion? I went with it for concept. -
I made this on a character a long time ago, I forgot how I did it. Basically, I bound keys "H" "J" and "K" to make my character do a costume transformation when pressed. (IE if I pressed "H" it made him use Costume Change Emote Evil Laugh and then turn into costume one)
How do I make these binds again? I also have ten costume slots now. -
What was in it? Any news on the remaining slots? Only thing I could find was stuff about solo content.

Quote:Basically you can change lets say a Confuse Purple into a Range Damage Purple, change a PVP enhancement into a +3% Def ALL, etc.
Enhancement Converters can be used to convert an enhancement to another within the same rarity (Uncommon, Rare, Very Rare, PvP or Archetype Origin Enhancement) or category (Melee Damage, Healing, Resist Damage, etc.). Alternatively, this salvage can be used to convert an enhancement within the same set for three times the cost in Enhancement Converters. You can access your enhancement converter interface by clicking on Enhancement on your power tray and then clicking on Convert.
Thoughts? Its on test. Its part of the Paragon Market. -
Quote:To my knowledge, Dominators are .9 damage scale and I believe 1.0 melee Scrappers are 1.2 with critical factored or 1.12 without.1. All mezzes are worthless. They have over 1,000 mag mez protection, and over 10,000% mez resistance, meaning stacking is impossible.
2. Dominators do scrapper-level damage now.
3. Dominators can still do useful things like accidentally sequester whole groups of people thanks to having a pet that uncontrollably taunts.
If a scrapper's useful, so's a dominator. I have issues with the uselessness of control in incarnate content, but dominators specifically have stuff they can do anyway. -
Interesting post, are we suppose to learn a lot of new things at Player Summit tomorrow? Also, I don't mind not having new slots as I want to earn all of the abilities to max level so that should keep me occupied for quite a while.
-
Have the developers ever stated a timeline or ETA on the Incarnate trees? Curious when the next 5 will start opening.
-
So hold powers are worthless? What good is a Dom then when other AT's are specialized at more damage?
-
Do they have purple triangles? Can they be held? Can they be confused? What mag are they if so?
Also how effective are things like -Recharge on them? -
I'll take one of the level 10's. Message me @Ultimus
