Yup. Disappeared from the costume creator when Freedom was launched. I think costumes that already had the aura could modify the aura and it would copy over to new slots, but you couldn't add it to new characters or costumes that didn't have it. And if you changed it off a costume, you couldn't re-add it. Simply wasn't in the options. >< Was quite pleased to get it back.

Because plenty of people do other stuff. Just because there are a lot of people that apparently like running on a hamster wheel rather than playing the game doesn't mean they should remove the option of variety for the rest of us.

I'll randomly get an incorrect name/password error, even though I'm 100% sure I'm putting in the right password. I'll click over to the name field and type just so I can see what's coming out and, instead of the letters I'm typing, random numbers come up. O.O Tabbing out and back in magically fixes it, though. But, that's been going on since before the patch.

    We're on to this again.

This is an MMO. While that doesn't mean a team is required to play, that does mean that some content will require it. Optional content, however. "Solo friendly" does not mean that the entire game will be solo- or even duo-able. If that's a problem for you, you're playing the wrong game genre. As it stands, there's a crapton more solo-able content than nearly any other MMO offers. This is probably the most solo friendly MMO by a long shot. Be grateful for that.

Yes. Especially when a patch is being applied. Get used to it.

Yeah, that's the kind of thing that generally gets banks to refuse a vendor permanently if they do it too often.

I'll be getting my new cards in a few days.
Had someone try that on my account a couple months ago. My account which I hadn't even remembered setting up for my new debit card. ( I had, just forgot ) Someone managed to break into the account and tried to by a $50 Playstation Network card. I got the receipt via email, called them, and they had the refund issued within an hour of the charge having been made ( took 2 days for the refund to actually process through the banks...which is stupid, they can sure's hell pull out instantly. But that's on the banks, not Amazon ) and the debit card deleted from my account. I changed my password the instant I got home. ( Couldn't do that through my iPhone )

Yeah, it is relevant which server list was there first. When the global name system went in isn't, however. Just as with server merges in MMOs, oldest "server" takes precedent on names.

Shrinkwrap? You realize that's pretty easily replaceable, right? I've watched 'em do it at game shops. Just the plastic and a blow dryer, looks like new.

If you purchased it, you keep it. That's kinda the point of purchasing it. If you're a VIP, you don't have to purchase it.

I should point out that nowhere did I even remotely say that non-VIP players would never get petitions answered, however. What I did say was that an openly hostile petition such as the one in question at the time stood a high chance of getting "overlooked".

    Under "Premium In-game customer support":

    Free players: Not available
    Premium players: Not available
    VIP Players: Included.

    Doesn't say anything about "priority"....

Also I asked them to check into a matter of griefing and still waiting for a response 6 months later.
Wow, you didn't get a response to a highly confrontationally worded petition? SHOCKER!!!

Here's the valid answer: You're not paying for your sub anymore.....

Edit: Sorry, global name, not global channels. For the global name, you're losing them because, well, the US server list was there first so the US players get priority when a global name conflict comes up. If that's not good enough for you, tough @#$%. There was no way of handling that without making someone upset. You lost the draw. Get over it.

if you got it from another site like amazon or ebay then you may be SoL
Especially if it was a "secondhand" retailer from Amazon. Or in general if it was EBay. Never, NEVER buy an MMO secondhand. Even if the serial key is included in those cases, it's unusable because they're only good to activate an account once.

( And accounts are non-transferrable per the EULA. If you buy an account off someone and the GMs find out, the account will be locked. Worse, the original owner can contact Customer Service to report his account "hacked" and get the password reset )

And you think being rude is going to get you any farther? Ask politely for the ticket to be escalated. That's not very hard. While you're at it, get over yourself. From the first line of your original post, though, I'm more than a little dubious about your claims of being polite...

Of course, we're also only getting a vague summary of one side of the story here... No idea what your issue is, the responses you've gotten, or how you've worded your interactions with said GM. If your posts here are anything to go by, though, your claims of politeness are absurd.

Now, the dev digests are basically a multi-author search sorted by dare with different post result view options. So that's why the borked hero CSS is giving us this. To go directly to the post, click the title in the quote box not the title above the poster name.
Hero skin's broken? Well, that just proves it, then. Devs hate heroes.

Ehh, realistically, though ( and I know "realistic" doesn't really apply. Just fun facts ), a chainsaw is one of the WORST anti-zombie weapons. They simply aren't made to chew through flesh and bone. It's only a matter of time before it binds up on you. That's not to mention the fact that swinging one around in a melee combat puts your own limbs at just as much, if not more, risk than the zombies' limbs.

In response to the OP: Note, in addition to the fact that most are locked to hero-side for the in-game acquisition, in-game acquisition also requires running through certain missions, several parts of an arc in some cases. So, yes, they're available "free" in-game. But mostly only to heroes, and most require a time investment. The pack in the store is a convenient shortcut.

Because taunt/gauntlet only increase your position on the aggro list. That's it. The fleeing is unrelated to your aggro position.

Did you buy the whole set or just the specific pieces for the costume you made? Many of the individual pieces are gender-specific...
