Once upon a time, the [code][/code] block used to kill formatting and reduced whatever was in it to a sort of plain text block where each symbol was given equal spacing. This, as you might understand, was very useful for showing bits of programming code, as well as for making make-pretend tables. This no longer seems to work. The tag just creates a Code block, but everything in it remains identical to how it would have been outside of the code block, and smaller symbols like the dash get horribly smushed together. I noticed someone posted an HTML table before, but since I haven't coded in HTML in over five years, that's really not an option for me.
So, is there any way to get my text neatly lined-up and formed into a make-shift table now that the code tag doesn't do what it's supposed to?
P.S. when I say "once upon a time," I mean "on the old forums."

(By the way, whoever said that they didn't find anything objectionable in my posts apparently missed a certain thread, which is understandable, since it's been deleted. My post there was basically me exploding at someone who was trying to tell everyone how to play the game "the right way". I get extremely irritated by people like that, and I'm pretty sure that saying so will come back to haunt me later.) Besides, no one is perfect. I allow everyone an explosion or two.
Haven knows, I've exploded a time or three myself. So, Post on and cry on my shoulder if you feel the need.

Not really. "Temp(orary)" is only related to quality indirectly, i.e. something temporary would probably of lesser quality than something more permanent. The word really does speak directly to duration.

Either you can be slammed by others unfairly (or pretend it was unfair) and there is no way to know whats going on; or else you can get pissed about someone's feedback (legit or not) and then since you know who they are, you can get your friends to slam them back for you.
I think this is why it'd be better to have no rep for individuals, and simply leave thread ratings.
