Twisted Toon

It was positive. I was just tossing out some odd comments that really didn't make much sense...unless the person who wrote it was taken into account. And in some cases, even then it didn't make much sense.

Of course, taken in context with the thread that is was refering to, I have a pretty good idea what they're about. And I even have a good idea who the unsigned one was from.

Not all AoE, just three; Holds, Disorient, and Sleep. You know, the ones that would make this City of Statues. And Sleeps still last a long time. Relatively speaking.

Those people that are judges, police-persons, court officials and every other law enforcement type, are ordinary people. They have their own ideas of what justice is. Granted, some of them attempt to abide by a standard of ethics when it comes to applying justice, but I've seen others too fearful of criticism (not reprisals, but criticism) to actually deal out justice where it should be placed.

So, in the cyclist incident, my action would have been to not move at all, except to brace myself for a collision. If I get hurt in the process, so be it.

Would you( Not you specifically, Eisregen) be happier with your moral standing if you stepped out of the way of the cyclist and let her run into someone else causing them to be injured or even killed? When you could have just given the cyclist a bruise, hurt their ego a little and saved someone else the pain and suffering. Something to think about. Sometimes, there are only choices between greater and lesser evils.

My Warshade did a similar thing.

Went Dwarf and jumped in with Mire and immediately faceplanted.
Looked at the Dwarf form resists and noticed the lack of Psi resist.

I always order the same thing when I get a pizza. That way I don't have to agonize over the different choices.

Odd, on one screen (that's using the CoV skin) I have "Welcome, Twisted Toon." On another (using the CoH skin) I get, "Welcome, Paladin."

I never knew Twisted Toon was a Paladin.

I wonder if it has something to do with the skin...

I lived through 83% of the 70s. But, my dad liked to watch a lot of the older stuff, and I liked to watch stuff with my dad. So, I watched alot of the older stuff.

And, my first computer was a TI99 4a. Also saved to a cassette.

Immob is a hard control. and, with proper tactical planning, you can remove an opponent from the battle for as long at the Immob lasts. Much like a hold, stun or sleep.

My Fire/Energy Blaster takes on +1 and +2 bosses easily without the need of Breakfrees. She also melts large groups of +1 minions before they can get off more than one shot.

What was said was that all ATs solo fine. Different players add or subtract from the solo-ability of any AT.

Actually, everything was fine before then. I had no problems with any of my characters Endurance. Most of which did not have Stamina. Which, I might add, is not a mandatory power.

Oh, and I ran a 0/x8 mission on my Human form Peacebringer this morning. Didn't use a single Breakfree. Granted, it was a level 7 mission against Skulls, but still. I only needed to rez maybe 3 times in the entire kill all mission. managed to get about half the Skull boss badge and a quarter of the Kill Skulz badge from that single mission.

You are correct, not all of them do. Half of them do, however.

Incorrect. They reduced the duration and increased the recharge of AoE Holds. Sleeps and Immobs can still be stacked. My Earth/Psy Dominator does this all the time.
