    KM question

    1) Does the build up still instantly recharge if the T-9 crits?

    2) If the first answer is a yes; Then if you use build up while in hide, then will the T-9 auto crit and recharge the build up?

    3) If the second answer is yes; Then, will the building crit chance make the build up perma-able?

I know I'd much prefer a fresh start in a brand new imaginary city. Hell with a new game they could even make it an international world setting with each zone in a different part of the world, space, moon, underwater, dimensions. Be a hero/villain and fight brand new opponents in the Arctic, Europe, Asia, Altantis, South American Jungles, deserts of North Africa, etc, etc, etc.
Each zone could be a big as the whole map on Syrim. That would be cool Travel powers would be epic on that type of map.

Though low level would be annoying.

reguardless the number ... I made a SR tank. I was playing Just me a a blaster of the same LVL. I could herd, but as soon as my friend hit someone, the aggro I had was gone. So SR and regen taunts need to be improved.

regen, just needs an effect added to it

SR: IMO, needs ranged and AoE combined and to place an AoE +recovery/-recovery [toggle] have you ever seen a fight where one guy kept swinging at another guy and missing, He would get tired. So SR having an AoE -recovery would make sense.

  8. I would be happy to pick what "tray" a new temp power/new power landed in.

I would set it up for tray 9 so I could easily find it.

    Use split screen

I would like the option to move UI windows to a second screen that has a blank background. Such as the mini map, chat window, power trays, ETC. I would use this so much.
  10. Include What accomplishments you need to get "Masters of ____" I can never remember what toons I've dont them on ... and don't like to hunt through my badges and search online.

What point did "Null" mean all knowing ... LOL
  11. Spine/Fire brute FTF For The Farm ... LOL
  12. Personally, I think they should combine the [toggle] AoE with the [toggle] ranged and add a new power to it. Maybe a Per enemy Res bonus. Like an inverted invuln. Basically a AoE.

This same concept applies to a regen as well. Both those sets need an AoE so they are useful tanks.

They could combine fast healing and the recovery into one power to make room.

it's already in the set as an inherent ability that can be modified with the T-5 power. It's also already has a % based on each power you take ... the mag effect is 1 that last for 20 sec. The faster the enemy attacks, the higher the stack goes. potential to even effect EBs.

The nice part is, it doesn't require the enemy to miss.

But there's no reason to limit access to Cimerora based on club membership. There's at least one other mission that sends us to Cimerora without dealing with the Midnighter club.

What the devs should do instead is make Cimerora another one of the zones accessible from the portal in Ouroboros. The only way back out would be Ouroboros, unless you happened to be a Midnighter Club member.

This would require a change to the mission teleport logic, probably, which won't let you teleport to a Cimerora mission unless you've got access to the Midnighter Club.
Oro can have a connection to Cimeroa. Why not. They have time travel.

I still think the arc should be required to access the midnighter club and cimerora, however I do think the hero version should be shortened to about the length of the villain version which is significantly quicker.
The concept was for ONE incarnate to be able to unlock it for his global account ... kinda like an aura would be unlocked globally

AT = Arch Type. Pool powers aren't included in AT and neither are specific powers unless you're making an EAT.

Running every were no travel power till 14 (all ways thought was stupid because that's not how the comic book characters super man with out fly come on) Sorry back on topic I like Rping as much as any one else but do not see how removing a level cap will stop that as long as the mission arc's are there to tell the story and the badges for those who hunt them so we all win.
That wasn't the original request, nor do I like the idea. I'm fine with the story being in existance, I just don't want to be FORCED to run it if I'm the correct LVL to get in.

Some comics/stories of Super guy tell of a progression where he learned that he had each power and that it was later on in life ... not born.

But if you do a significant portion of the damage, you get decent XP. But a confused enemy speeds up killing speed, leading to smaller XP per enemy, but giving you more XP/time, since you have to do less damage.
Huh, not how I understood it from the wiki ... but, I'm ok with it then. Though I still think confuse is a miigation that should remain control specific.

The reason I conceptualized the mitigation power is to reduce "damage spike" so the damage taken would be more evenly separated and be controlled.

Besides, This could be the begining power concept to more power poliferation. Blaster with a similar to this defense set.
