  1. What I'm going for: A very untraditional PvPer Peacebringers are, I am aware. But that's what I'm doing. Basically I'm going for a Ranged human scrapper-esque setup, but with the ability to change into Dwarf for an extra heal, or taunt bot if needed. (I always loved Dwarf form, so i decided to put it in regardless of it's relatively useless status in PvP zones... I'll find a way to make it work :P) Let me know what you think, or post a modified version if you can make it even better.

    I'm posting this up for judgement because I've never gotten a PB past lvl 25 without getting tired of it's progress and just deleting it. Basically I know very little about them.
  2. I really like what you're going for. Here are a few very minor edits I suggest for some Generic IO replacements, the most accessible early bonuses being Recovery to help with the rapid rate of debuff you'll be having with that awesome recharge, and a suggested change for final power just to give you a bit of assurance that the debuffs are going to land, and your pets are going to hit. (Changed: Combat Jumping, Stamina, Maneuvers, Antidote).

  4. Granted it isn't as much as it could be, Acrobatics x2 Slotted with KB, Karma, and Steadfast is hardly "non existent". I'm actually quite pleased with the HP bonuses, I have no qualms there. Lack of perception isn't something I think is going to be TOO debilitating, especially not to the point of changing the build just to fit in a Perception IO or Tactics. I could fit recharge bonuses but I don't see how I can get anything respectable without getting less of my already "low" HP. I also realize that there are better EPPs, but Elec is what I *want* to go with. I'll definitely be replacing Shocking Bolt though, I just don't see myself getting good use out of it - the question is with what though.

    I'm too frequent a market user to be happy with this, it's a rather unattractive jumble of things "trying" to be good, which they can be. But this needs fixing.

  12. Posted in SG recruitment, no response, thought I'd give it a try here.

    After coming back from a month hiatus and a broken PC, I find that my nice pvp SG/VG has moved on to other things, so here I am, once again, all alone.

    I'm looking for a supergroup/villain group that is firmly established and active mainly from afternoon to as late into the night as possible. I live in Central time. I'm a 72 month veteran and honestly I just need a group of people that won't ignore me because I'm on a level 10-20. (I don't have people to farm for me anymore, I'm grinding out levels old-fashioned, here.)

    I have practically all the experience in this game there is to have, I mainly spend my time in Recluse's Victory playing one of my many characters pvp builds - but zone battle gets stale so I'm down for whatever a lot of the time. (Basically, I'm not too much interested in a straight pvp SG/VG). I keep my characters no more than two weeks offline at most. I'll join multiple SGs on different toons, I'm not too attached to anyone/thing here. My main characters that need homes include:

    1. Twigmon lvl 11 Demons/Storm PvP/E Mastermind
    2. Noxious Punk lvl 50 Thugs/Poison PvP Mastermind (IO'd)
    3. Nacht TwigDeath lvl 50 Spines/Regeneration PvP/Anything scrapper (Superior IO'd)
    4. DeathTwig lvl 50 Pain/Elc PvP/Anything Corrupter (IO'd)

  16. I don't go anywhere but Recluses Victory so power placement was irrelevant in my creation. I find Upgrade to just be enough as well, but I could drop something if Equip has proc friendly attacks.

    Spines/Regen

    Essentially you'll want to take Barb Swipe/Lunge (not both, usually), Impale, Ripper, Build Up, and Throw Spines if you want another ranged attack (but Laser Beam Eyes can also do the trick in that case.) Quills is okay, but there are better options. If you take Quills I suggest slotting procs to give it a little more deadly edge, you'll need an accuracy check too. Confront is another option, with a fast recharge it can really disrupt opponents messing with your team mates.

    In Regeneration you'll want to definitely take Fast Healing, Quick Recovery, Reconstruction, Dull Pain, Instant Healing, Integration, and Moment of Glory. Fast Healing and Quick Recovery are particularly pleasant when stacked with either Fitness Pool or Physical Perfection, and both are proc heaven. Revive is a bad option for PvP - plain and simple, it will get you killed. Resilience is nice if you want to stack it with Tough or some other form of resistance, but it isn't necessary.
  19. The main goal here is to be able to do both PvP and PvE efficiently, I realize that Black Scorpion is the norm for PvP, but I ran the whole web nade / defense set up for years and am just plain tired of it's dullness. So I went with Mako with 1v1's in mind, (And I couldn't help but love having two "vomit" powers w/ Neurotoxic Breath - which normally I would skip but grabbed to help compensate for the new lack of Web Envelope.)

    Are you willing to respec into a PvP build?: Already am on most toons, not willing to respec again, will lose too many IOs.
