This is already implemented and functioning for all players. It's called an "active subscription". The newcomer has exactly the same fair and balanced opportunity to earn these vet rewards as someone who's been around for 63 months. That's why it's called a "Veteran Reward": It indicates a very small but thoughtful freebie thrown to a player who's subscribed to the game for X months.

That's why I'm bringing her. Stealth IO, and coupled with SS she's virtual-inviso. Just Recall Team vet power, but I can go anywhere I please, barring snipers and drones and the like.

Luna: Please swap "Vox Nihili" with "Cerulean Skie" (lvl 50 elec/nrg blapper). She'll be more helpful overall than Vox will be, and will have some sneaky tricks up her sleeve to make things interesting.

That was the one thing I was focusing on with my Crabbie. Not too great vs AVs, but minions/Lt's? I gobble 'em up six ways to Sunday. Those ambushes were awesome!
