I'd honestly rather we kept to Freedom for our runs though; available resources (i.e., "people") here are simply vaster due to the nature of the beast. Pingtimes between Freedom and Champions vary by about 75-150ms depending on the time and quality of your connection too, so sheer latency to a pure-west coast server has to be considered as well. -
E: Your thumbnail links have a ] at the end of them, making the links break. Remove that trailing bracket please for your thumbnails to open properly.

This is as good a place to ask as any, Cruick, welcome aboard.
There are a bunch of casual-focused SGs here, so you shouldn't have too much of an issue. Take a look at Altoholic_Monkey's stickies here for our Hero/Villain group listings, and check out some of the more recent entries.
Personally, I'd also recommend getting into the global channels here and getting to know people first, rather than SGs; find people you like, and then ask about THEIR SGs. You won't like a SG if you can't stand the players!
Took a peek at your posting history, and saw that you asked the same question with no response just around the time we had the forum reset. Normally we'll respond to stuff like this, so speaking on the behalf of all the personalities of Freedom server, I'd like to say, "Cope, we're too damn busy."
Seriously, GL finding a crew, and participate in the globals! Luna and E-Man run a top-shelf open-membership TF crew weekly which has very high quality turnout. I'd say start there personally, but they're just one facet of about a billion other facets to our motley crew of a server!

Quick sum: E's team was trying to get a filler for about half an hour, so we started around 11ish officially. That filler then dropped off about 3/4 of the way through, so we were one man down (a /kin, at that, so the SB goodness we were enjoying went to poo). Got to the last mish, and we had one guy sleeping the Phalanx while we pulled various bodies.
Numina went down normally.
Statesman did not. With six villains, we were just able to get him around to 10% when he'd go zomgUnstoppable and his health would ramp back up. Worked him up and down the HP yo-yo for about 30 minutes like this before we gave up and reset to pull another of the Phalanx.
Those pulls went fine in general; again with one dominator chain-sleeping, and the rest of us pigpiling on Psyche, BaB, Synapse, etc. By the time we got to Statesman, it was a team of all 7 of us, which was then able to overcome States's zomgUnstoppable and drop him like a pair of nun's knickers in about 3 minutes flat.
My apologies to the team; there were two points where I blatantly fell asleep (luckily not during an actual AV fight, but still). I'm reconsidering my runs with you guys because of the sleep issues - unless we start on time, and can conclude the run in 90 mins or less, I don't think I'm reliable as a teammate. I thought I could do it, but in reality, I'm getting old. -

Hit enter, and that will open up a petition dialog box, which you can then fill out with your explanation as to what's happening on your account. This allows you to send a realtime message to the GMs, so if there are any on duty when you send it, they'll either email you (at the email that's registered to your account) or send you a /tell in-game to assist you.
To be honest: There's exceedingly little we can do for you here on this issue. Follow the above instructions, and conclude your issue with NCSoft's customer support team directly for the most direct method to resolving your issue. -

Most of what you described DOES sound like you're on a trial account, but if there's something buggy going on, your best bet is to inquire in the above forum - you'll get maximum visibility on your question. -

I set this to Challenge Level 2, just to get a few extra foes... Heroic every week is just too easy. Next week I'll probably even go right to Unyeilding. lol. Anyway, we didn't even do any type of stealthing through either. We took our time and defeated whatever we saw... including the Ghosts from the ship that happened to be passing through IP when we were heading to the mission. lol
Good times as always. See you all for the next one! I was the lowest lvl member at 26, and 2-3 of the deaths were my own, but overall it was a nice steamroll, esp. with the Ghost Ship interlude!

I'm out of the running tonight. My stupid PC's "hibernate" isn't booting back up, and it's not taking USB KB inputs to recover from the crash. I have no PS/2 KB at home, and it's after hours, so I can't run to Target and buy a cheapie. So, no gaming tonight for Turg.
And YES, I kept a PS/2 KB for years for exactly this issue, but I'll be damned if I can find it. ;( -
