I think BS is the first time I ever "chose" to take a rez power in a build, support or otherwise; I just never really bothered since the inspirations do the same job, and I get heal credit for healing you post-rez.

I would have liked to have seen badges for 20 kills for each new spawn type. It would make the event go longer for people who'd have to do it 2-3 times to get their badges squared away.
I'll agree on MB's assessment on the "ease" of badging having spoiled it for me, but it's also the circumstances on how this badge acquisition was built: It requires a solid number of players in multiple locations, and as usual, the higher-pop servers lose out on these scenarios to where zones crash. (Heck, lag was so bad that I couldn't even see the banners when they'd spawned the first time, just target their reticle and fire, fire, fire).
Sad to say, badging's become less of a focus for me. I'll still do it on my main hero/villain I guess, but swiftly not caring for my alts. The Halloween event this year is really nasty for higher populations. -
Hrm. Flag me as "maybe" on this, lemme see which of my vills needs it first. If I don't have actual need, I'll give up my seat if things get tight, or fill in to keep it rolling along.

1. Freedom isn't a tech forum. Go to Tech Issues. They're pros at this. We're just players.
2. My client's connecting fine, so the problem is pointing in your general direction. Could be an issue with connectivity between your provider and the COH servers (it's happened occasionally).
3. Consider this: Good information gets good responses. Asking "Hey, I'm on COX Cable in Tennessee, and haven't been able to connect all morning, is anyone having similar problems?" will get a much saner response than "Why the **** can't i Connect I even reinstalled this ****** up game" whaargarbl posting. Think about it for your next posting in the Tech Issues forum. You'll be doing them, and yourself, a favor. -

To whoever asked about Power Liberator: It was available 'til spring of last year if you happened to have an IoP in your base. They closed that loophole however (or supposedly did, but there were rumors there were one or two IoPs still out there). -

Sorry also to hear that circumstances proved to be more trial and tribulation than you needed. I can help out on Thursday evening if you like. The mechanics are pretty straightforward I think, but a mad rush of players on one spot may make it untenable.

Props to everyone who hopped onto the badging task at 1030am Eastern today when the event went live. MB, drogoh (who really took the reins in explaining how the event was going down), Megazell, Gintoki, and allayou badge freax who got picked up and showed the newbies how badging is done.
Looking forward to tonight's run!
