I like how you have some rooms arcane and others tech. Do you have a pic of the overview? -
I am in the middle of reworking my base after the changes to the SG logos on the glass panes which was a major set back for me. Anyway, here is my medical bay. The theme of our base is Tech and our layout is more for PvP (when we use to raid), which is why I prefer not to have it all jazzed up. Lag is the death! I am reworking it and will post updated pictures as it progresses.

I often get asked questions about base building and how to go about stacking, making walls and placing objects. I thought it would be easier for the Triumph community to have a resource here on our forum with some helpful links and tips. Interestingly enough, when I tell people to check the forums under base construction, they pretty much say that its a lost cause and that their questions never really get answered. I have other pictures from the con but these are all coh oriented.
Also, I have a video clip that I'll be cleaning up.
Right now, tired and exhausted and stuff, so I don't trust myself to type a good rundown. Basically, the slideshow presentation had a nice little outline: we meet the 4 guys at the panel, they talked about how they got into COH's dev team. Then, we got a very nice blow by blow about the state of the game from pre-launch through now and beyond.
Q&A time included some requests for base love, suggestions about the game/costuming, and then... well, we had to leave the room and start chatting out in the hall.
What really impressed me while the guys were talking about their history in the industry is that we've got a HUGELY experienced team. Yeah they're hiring newcomers too but the core members of the dev team are almost ridiculously experienced people.
They're also very, very dedicated to this project. Every one of them spoke with respect toward the old Cryptic crew, and with deep appreciation of the fans that keep the game running.
Our money is our time investment, and they don't want to waste our time.
All in all it was a great - but too short - panel. I was very, very happy.

This is my current Tank build. I do a lot of zone PvP, not so much arena since on my server (Triumph), well, there is no such thing. I slotted for damage resistance with my Smashing/Lethal set to 65%, Fire/Cold to 45%, Energy/Negative/Toxic to 30% and Psionic to 15%. My hasten has a 30 second downtime, but my rage is still permanent, even with the downtime. I am open to comments and ideas to better my build.

You have exactly two powers that gives you a recharge time bonus, for a grand total of 8.75%. The only other related thing is the Winter's Gift, which is a resistance to recharge debuffs, not a recharge bonus.

I actually have to work on a Invuln/SS build. Before I put mine together and post it for you, what are you looking to get out of your build?
I was going to build mine for 20% HP boos, 40-45% def (soft cap) with invinc and 65% base smash/lethal, 40% fire/cold. Mostly PvP. -
I like the dom buff, but I like the BS on stalkers more!!!!

I believe some ATs have it better off then other ATs when it comes to PvP. If you think that PvP should be so balanced that a every AT with every power choice has an equal chance at winning, then youre wrong. I wouldnt expect my emp defender to defeat a blaster in a duel, nor would I expect to duel with my emp defender. However, I could build my emp defender for team PvP and still enjoy myself.
I fought a fire/em blaster a while back who challenged my MA/SR scrapper in arena. I ended up winning as I ran away like a little girl when he popped aim + buildup then tried to get me in melee range. Is that immoral of me? No, I consider it to be a tactic. I would be foolish to think I could stand still as he broke through my defense soft capped. Much like I would only expect him to attack me with aim + buildup if he wasnt in his personal force field.
In team PvP, I almost always make sure that my defender/controller/dom/corruptor have either phase shift or hibernate/pff. I am not trying to avoid death in playing a squishy, rather I am trying to prevent as much kills the other team could rack up on me in a 10 minute time frame. Hopefully that will allow my team to come out on top. After all, 1 kill could determine a loss from a win. -
Friday at noon an issue will be released, then some modifications through the weekend.

If it were me, I would switch out Aid Self for Tactics, lose Bile Spray and pick up Telekinetic Blast (or push, or whatever it is now--in PvP it does huge damage and KB).
