I mostly PvP and I’m in the middle of retooling. I am torn between these two powers because I don’t know how good if at all Blinding Powder is. I know it confuses the foe, but to the extent I am not sure.
Summon Widow helps thematically, but being a stalker, obviously I wont bring her out unless I need assistance. I guess it would be more or less for the IO slotting.

Any advise help would be appreciated.

I do fairly well with my EM/Ninja/Widow stalker. He is soft capped at 45% melee/range and AOE defense. With shadow meld he reaches Elude status which comes up every 15 seconds or so.

Since were are the “in and out” type of AT. I upgrade his damage output to 30%, with assault running, hes 40%.

Update: Finally finished one of the TP rooms. I am still messing around with the placement of the beacons so other then that, it’s done. I added a locker room, central control room, ship repair station and a seating/study area. The space view can be seen from the central most part of the room and from the main control room on the third floor. It holds just under 950 placed units and 4 TP telepads with 8 beacons.

Next I will be working on the second space themed TP room with another 4-6 telepads. I am still working out the layout in my head and on paper (will post progress here of course).

If I increse my overall damage with IO's say to 20%. Would that effect my patron pets damage output?

I agree with you, but they did make changes to help facilitate that horrible conversion rate. For example, they decreased the cost of rooms and plot sizes dramatically. Especially defensive rooms from 25 million to about 3-4 million prestige. Not to mention they decreased base rent due and secure plot costs. Adding a 20k prestige bonus for new members also helped smaller bases become functional.
