Best advice I can give is to commission someone for a colored piece and resize the file for avatar viewing with a image editing program. Then upload it to a free image site like Photobucket.com and link it to your forum account.

I thought any spine protruding from the head would be a horn... -
Oh and here is the sketch she did initially
and here is just a minor photoshop edited version to bring a slight bit more color to the teeth and remove two horns from the head that probably shouldn't have been there. -
