13 times on test server, 5 failures at the last encounter other 8 barely succeeded. All of them were PuG.

Reposting this from the test thread:

revised proposed changes:
- Change Twilight Grasp recharge from 5 seconds to 10 seconds to match the debuff duration.
- at the moment Twilight Grasp is healing allies once and the healing nictus twice. Remove the additional heal so it heals the healing nictus only once.
- Remove the 100% resistance to debuffs from Nictus Essences.
- Reduce essence HP count to be less than Romulus
- decrease the damage that the Mire essence does and change it's recharge to closer match the buff duration. It's stacking heavily at the moment. Also have it buff Romulus's resistance in addition to his damage and ToHit.
- Give Nictus Essences unique names
- Give Romulus Quasar to use when he is low on HP.
- change the Nictus Essence model so they can't hide within each other

Well most of us use Photoshop...as I said Paint.Net is the most basic program, GIMP would probably be the next Free program to advance to.

You can use a tablet with any program. I sometimes play CoH with my tablet for a challenge.

Nudity in art is not immoral or indecent at all. It's an American born fallacy that dictates that it's immoral.

It goes much farther back to more prehistoric civilizations but the Greeks were one of the earliest civilizations that embraced the nudity of the human body as a thing of beauty. It's a tradition in art that was quite wide spread until Roman Catholic church started their "Fig Leaf Campaign" against various pieces of art from Renaissance artist such as the statue of David by Michelangelo. The church eventually retracted such things but there were protestant groups that branched off and promoted otherwise. The most important of which were the Puritans who helped populate North America and whose ideals have been carried through the United States history to this day.
