Wait a second...if someone is doing a leveling pact and the other is logged out gaining "rested" xp bonus. Does this eat away at the logged off character's "rested" bonus while the other plays?

Ice shield -> another Turbo-Ski character

Fire shield -> new demon character

Talsorian Shield -> melee Lady Farsight

To fix for Castle's most recent post,

Go to Sheet 2 and change Kheldian melee/range mod to 0.85/0.8 and Kheldian Dwarf melee mod to 1.0

Go to Sheet 4 and change:
War Mace DS -> Clobber to 2.29
Energy Melee DS -> Barrage to 1.32

Don't know the total DS for Midnight Grasp though.

I love most of the changes but it's disappointing you're not giving -recharge resist to Temperature Protection. Unlike Invul, Fire relies heavily on Healing Flames recharging correctly to stay alive.

This guide is only for Cold Domination, not blasts. Frostworks is the only power I would delay or skip completely for Cold, everything else really needs to be taken ASAP for a PvE team build

Another revision note:
- Benumb/Weaken do effect Knockback mag, however Power Boost effects do not.

It was because people were complaining about not being able to get the unique flight pack without spending $20 every month on a card. It's just a clone of the Raptor and holiday packs with a different jetpack graphic.

I think you mean Ice/Icy dom, which IMO sucks. But that's mainly because I hate Icy Assault and Ice Control so much.

It's not so much the quality of the screenshots as it's the overall design. For an extra $10 I was hoping for something a little more out of the ordinary. The auras are in that ballpark, but the costume bits aren't.

Basically they look like variations on existing themes. Mangler Gears, but different. Vanguard Belt, but altered. Enforcer detail, shifted.

It's more about how you can make more unique combinations using Vanguard, Enforcer, and Cyborg sets. Cyborg sets gives a lot of cool shoulder and face plate options to choose from as well.
