anyone having auction house problems? I just managed to place several overlapping bids in the same slot on WW.

I got the auction house busy message a few times first, then way more cash than I had entered was used to buy the item, went back through my chat log and they added up to the amount the acution house deducted :'(

i meant to the citadel itself, not the pillar...

a wardrobe unit where you can try on costumes you have saved perhaps? make the changes to your cossie in your base for free, but you cant actually apply it, thats still icons job...

or the training dummies from the rwz - make your own firing range?

ouroboros portal in base, just for quick access

doors - already mentioned, no need to go there

weapon racks - rifles, swords etc

access to radio missions from supercomputer ( allows doing safeguards / mayhems from areas you missed, but at higher levels )

etc...

still a salvage rack, but they are limited to 30 items now. They are also much cheaper now so I stuck another couple in my base for just that purpose!

I was mainly concerned that even one persons halloween salvage wouldn't fit, let alone anything else...

similarly not being able to turn off cetain powers during fights is rather ludicrous, I was fighting an AV yesterday in a team and I had to actually move away to turn focused accuracy off, rather than just not turning it off anymore.

if I want to stop sprinting in real life for example, I don't have to put everything down, move away from what I'm doing and seperately stop sprinting. I just stop sprinting...

The launcher for some reason has decided to show the EU COH website, as opposed to the rather neat login information page...

being about 3 times as wide does mean it doesnt display it that well though...

there is a post ( i think its the patch notes or a comment from Posi ) stating that base owners can "opt in" to the base raid restrictions, or leave them as they are now with the ability to intersect items.

so you can now move invention salvage with the salvage racks!? O.o

thing is though, the vault storage holds invention salvage, whereas the salvage racks are currently holding my event salvage and are over their limit because I have 44 halloween items in something that only holds 30.

The actual invention salvage storage item holds 50, so that should be much better than the 30 mentioned.

whats the point in posting incorrect info? - allow me to point you in the right direction so you can make better use of the new features.

1. the new slot set enhancements are to allow players to choose areas to gain bonuses in ( such as different set perks and procs etc ) and they subtly adjust character performance without changing it to the point that you have to play differently.

2. the 50 million or so recipes I've seen give the same percentage increase if you compare a damage against a standard IO, but standard IO's cant give regen bonuses, additional accuracy, mez protection or anything else because standard IO's dont give set bonuses.

3. the merit system still allows players to get random recipes, no different to the old system, with the exception of visiting a contact... but players can now save up for specific recipies, which has to be a plus when completing sets.

4. the market is player influenced pricing, whereas the npc's and invention tables charge a flat rate, so you are missing out on potential bargains by not using wentworths

5. IO's arent mandatory, you are correct, but they allow players to gain additional benefits and reward players for thinking ahead. You can complete ANY Mission in the game without IO's, but IO's make life just that little bit easier.

6. if you dont want your purple enhancements, send them to me as they are far from useless!

yes, but it seems like the chat bubbles error, its not everyone getting it!

the new Mac client is code only and a download, however all future versions of CoH retail will include the mac client, so I would imagine that ALL version codes for the EU will work on all versions.

i think to avoid being shouted at they are making rent really low until the base system revisions are done ( note all base raiding and blocking reatures are off for the same duration )

we had 4 scrappers, warshade, tank etc. We could get him mostof the way down, then he'd unstoppable meaning all lethal / smashing was worthless, by the time it work off, we'd scrap him down again then he'd go unstoppable again, with perhaps a 45 second downtime.

we fought through about 12-13 waves of this before deciding to call it a night.

which means its going to be fixed soon along with the chat / text issue...

Ok, which donkey reduced the recharge time on Honoree's tier 9 unstoppable, then made him spam it eh!!!

first off, the salvage racks currently now have a limit of 30 salvage, and currently only seem to take event salvage.

I have more than 30 event salvage on one character, so I hate to imagine the problems this will cause for large supergroups.

I say take them back up to 999 so we dont have to have really stupidly big items, just to hold halloween masks.

yes, very much so, its rather daft - and what about task forces, especially Numina, how the hell is that going to work!?

just confirmed it live myself, its definately there and works.

it was working before I13, so its a genuine bug not QoL, I had a similar issue during I12 when some genius decided to change the BG command to BGCOLOR and so on, but this just isnt working at all.
