You can get the same deal as all the evil, cheating noobs out to screw you over. Just don't pre-purchase now, but get the complete collection in July. I know I'll be doing that. -
Then don't pre-purchase it. I'm not. (though for a different reason) It's as simple as that.
I really don't see why this is such a big deal that it has to be beaten to death in every single thread about GR and several seperate ones that are started just to moan about this specific topic.
It's not like pre-orders/pre-purchases from other games have that much information available on them. Mostly you know that you'll get the game and a detailed description of the preorder shinies. In other words the same as we know here. -

All the others are NPC's, and nowhere did any redname confirm that we would be getting NPC costume pieces. On the contrary, when they first posted a screenshot of one of the resistance guys in the "glowy lines armor" speculations went into overdrive and players got the idea stuck into their head that we were getting those armor parts as pc costumes. When it was later said that we WOULD NOT be getting those resistance costume pieces all hell broke loose and people were pissed. Why? Because they made assumptions based on partial information. Just like you are doing now.

The EU player seems to pay considerably more for most things when you take the exchange rates into account. We sure don't feel we get more for it.
The constant whining about and blaming all the problems of modern times on the AE is getting on my nerves. "people got to 50 in a day so I left!" What kind of argument is that? -

Delete your old CohUpdater.EU.exe.
You should have a file called CohUpdater.new, change it to CohUpdater.EU.exe.
Just make certain you have a file called cohupdater.new or have downloaded the cohupdater.exe from the location that Rent gave in the main thread.

ZM, Most of this games quality Improvements are stuff other games have had for forever... So, QoL that they may be... They are also nothing new to many people who have wondered why this game constantly is in the dark ages.
You know why AoC has superior graphics 'atm'? BECAUSE IT IS A NEW GAME! Same goes for the QoL comment.
Seriously ... stop creating unrealistic expectations for yourself and then get dissapointed when the devs don't fullfill the promisses YOU made to yourself. If you are that bored with the game go do something else with your time, I know I am, it really isn't that hard. -

When I played the game for the first on this machine, I couldn't get rid of the feeling that something was well ... off. After an hour or so I finally determined what it was, there was no 'lag'! I was used to playing with a small delay (fraction of a second really) on everything I did. My old pc really was old, hehe. Suddenly running everything at maxed out settings with sky high framerates was a real eye opener.

I don't think he wants me to get the pre purchase, I think he wants me to just get to boxed sets in July. From what I can tell, he doesn't even plan on playing til July. So that is 4 months *I wish you would have told me that before I resubbed us for a year* down the drain.
I want to support this game financially as much as possible. It is to me the best MMO out there, Hows about some new info on what is coming in Issue 17?
