Great rule. I play by that as well. Didn't bother with the MoLGTF yet though.

The lollipop erh, I mean Nemesis Staff has been fixed too for people who were wondering.

I don't really unsterstand why members of a minority that has been so vocal about equal rights and acceptance in modern society (and rightfully so) feels the need to segregate themselves from the rest of the community in seperate organisations. Seems counterproductive to me.

When the EU fails to provide profit, something WILL be done.
Yea, the servers will be closed and all active accounts get a free US account and 3 months of free game time ... if we're lucky.

I'll just keep paying and playing my game thanks.

Sadly there is still no red name reply let alone a ncsoft reply to our issue.
What else do you expect them to say than what has been said in the Euro lounge already?

Yea, incomplete patch notes are bit of a bad habit around here.

Anyway calling her a troll is just wrong. It implicates a malice that's just not in her posts.

Feeding the troll? How does what she said even remotely qualify as trolling?

I get it that some people find GG annoying, but seriously this is uncalled for. It just makes you look like a troll.

how the event works is 4 banners spawn in a zone, and when you get near one, a vulnerability meter will show, and you have to kill LOTs of the baddies that spawn from ALL of the banners to make the banners themselves vulnerable, once the banners are vulnerable you have to kill all the banners (each banner is basically a GM), and IF you finish that in time, then the timer resets and you have to find the GM that spawned and kill him to complete the event (find and killing the spawned GM is like 500x easier than getting the banners all killed in time limit)

the time limit for making banners vulnerable AND killing them is 20 min, then, after you kill the banners you have 20 min to find and kill the GM

basically if you dont have a LOT of poeple or a very well planned out team of lvl 50s, then chances are the event is a bust and you prolly wont get all 4 banners (average team will get 1-3 *maybe*)
Hmm, looks a bit tricky with just 3 then, hehe.
I'll just have to find me some more people then.
Got plenty of Halloween salvage to burn.

    Thanks for replying

Edit: Just noticed that I said 'candy canes' in m previous post. That obviously should be Halloween Salvage.
  15. Wait, the banner event still occurs?

I wasn't active, (still subbed, just not playing) during october-november last year so I completely missed the halloween event. My badger villainess is very sad that she doesn't have those badges!

And I didn't even know it could still be triggered outside the event. I have never seen it happen once in all these months (I work a lot in the weekends and on evenings though).
How does that work? candy canes you say? I got some of those.
Is it much harder than the Winterlord Realms event? My bros and me did that with just the 3 of us, so maybe we can do the banner too.

I'd paragonwiki the info myself, but the work filter blocks it (but not this forum for some reason, yey!).

Anyways, I have a new question. Which archetype (in either side) has the higher chance to get to level 20 very soon? I ask this because ever since I first joined CoX I've ALWAYS wanted to try out the PB archetype but because it took so long for me to get to 50 at the time I played i never got the chance.

Thanks for all the help given and thanks for any/all help that is to come!
lvl 20 can be done in a matter of days (or hours if you really want too) on any toon. Just get on teams and start playing. If you're looking for a character that's easy to pick up and play, even solo, the stock answers are scrapper and brute .

Also, I'm not sure if realize this (from the way you ask it), but getting a lvl 20 redside won't give you acces to EAT's blueside and vice versa.

Hehe Interesting take though on it. Although I have often just wished I could put a timelock on chars so they couldn't be played in a weeks time or so heh.
Don't play one unless it is maxed out on patrol xp? 10 bars = 10 days iirc.

I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to have to drag the same piece or stack of salvage into the window over and over again only to have the AHUI reject it. It either won't let me store it, or it won't let me post it.

Sometimes, it acts like it will let me store it, and then, a second later, it throws it back out, in a sort of "Neener neener" moment.

Clicking post over and over again is frustrating in the extreme. I have tons of salvage to sell, and a limited amount of space to store it in. I cannot spend thirty minutes at a shot while I'm teaming to stop and armwrestle the AHUI trying to ram salvage and recipes down its throat while it flails its arms and kicks its legs, refusing to cooperate.

The thing is practically unusable in its current state. I don't know if ths is server specific, due to high traffic volume, or whatever, but Something Must Be Done.

The above is entirely a subjective opinion, and a cry for help. It is not, however, a knee-jerk reaction, and I don't believe it's a solitary opinion.
Strange, I had this problem with the old AH interface all the time. The new one is working like a charm though. Haven't had any problems with it at all (after they fixed it over that one weekend).

Thats a LOT of content they'ld have to download before they even get to play!
Why would they have anything else? That was the last edition released in the EU.

So, one needs to have an idea of what is "advanced" in Paragon City. Half the weapons and tools we see Long Bow or an Arachnos Crab use are surely beyond what's technologically feasible in the real world today, but I guess they're just "gadgets" to them.

I'm just at a loss for what I should call a "tech origin"....
If you use technology to enhance your awesome natural/trained abilities, you're natural -> Batman.

If without the technology you're a worthless gimp, you're technology -> Iron Man

Sharkshead is so lame, its so lame, everyone would say Sharkshead is their least favorite island if Mercy wasn't lamer.

I bet someone gonna follow up this post and tell me about some Hazard Zone blueside, that I haven't been to in over 2 years as anther option for Paragon bound Pratorians.
I agree that visually Sharkhead is the least appealing villain zone. It still is a lot better than lame, generic IP and Talos or boring Striga though. Sharkhead has some great arcs too. Something that can't be said from IP, Talos or Striga. Lots of choice doesn't help when the options all suck.

    Faultine is nice though.
