hello all my name is TheChosenOne every week (or so...) i post a challenge to who can make the best build..the challenge last for a week and whoever i believe makes the best build will recieve the following prizes:
400m (if u play on freedom)
200m (if u play on virtue)
and 100m (any other server)

I am srry for the server difference but i mainly play on freedom and my other f/k's only have about 1bill

The challenge this week is to make a fire/mm blaster build with (at minimum) 30% to all positional defenses,
80% global recharge, and must have Hasten, Fire Ball, PSW,Psi scream, and a travel power...Stamina is not a MUST but i would like him to be a efficient farmer when i get bored with my fire/kin...
