Very interesting numbers. I might swap an Acc for a Rchrg.
The Acc bonus is probably more noticeable against MoB's that have defenses or debuffs of their own and on controllers/defenders that have powers with -Acc to begin with. Maybe PvP too with the lower base Acc but I have only been in Sirens a couple of times so I am not 100% sure. -
I have Hasten 6 slotted Rchg and I think it is roughly 2 mins up and 1 min down. Fortitude is 2x Acc 3x Def. I can get it on 3 people when the planets align. I will probably give it a slot for Rchg when I next lvl. I like to play on teams that are punching above their weight so the Acc buff can be important.

I am really enjoying Fire/Rad I have to say, both primary and secondary have some really nice powers in them. Highly recommend it.

After reading my own post maybe I would be better with Ring of Fire at 28, Smoke at 30 and Imps at 32.
This would allow the little fellas to run wild without aggroing the entire map when I get them and keep bosses in the debuffs for everyones protection. -
I had tactics on my defender and used my last respec to remove it. The other two powers in the pool I even removed from my tray before the respec.
Here is my plan on powers. I love teaming so I doubt if that will change any time soon.
Fire/Rad controller
main powers
Char - single target hold
fire cages - aoe immobilize
Radiation infection - AoE debuff of acc and def. Centred on a target ie anchor
Hot feet - AoE centred on me, slows opponent and damages them slowly
Accelerate Metabolism - buffs me and those nearby for a lot of different things, resists, recharge..
Combat Jumping - good 3d movement and resists knockdown and holds
Super jump - movement power
Swift, health, stamina - all are passives and help my speed, recover health, recover stamina, resist sleep, resist slow.
Radiant Aura - low power PBAoE heal
Flashfire - AoE disorient, good symbiosis with fire cages
Cinders - PBAoE hold, this along with char will hold a boss
Lingering radiation - AoE slow, includes -recharge and -regeneration as well
Enervating Field - Debuff of Dmg and Res, about a 30% boost to damage.
to be taken
Choking cloud - AoE hold can take a while to get everyone.
EMP pulse - must have holds a whole room for ages.
Hasten - quickens all powers recharge. Mainly for Accelerate Metabolism, Char and EMP Pulse.
Bonfire - AoE knockback, situational.
Ring of Fire - AV and boss immobilize
Fire Imps - 3 pets that do fire damage, also mental
Smoke - Causes lack of perception, maybe useful in conjunction with imps. -

Two task forces in two nights, Hess and Moonfire, now lvl 27 (new SO's required soooon boss).
I now have both LR and EF. I found both really useful against the 3 AV at the end of the TF's I have met recently. Half way to LVL 28 and another difficult choice. I haven't taken much in the way of other pools other than stamina and Super Jump. But what I read about Bonfire and Choking Cloud sets them up as situational powers. I am torn between Acrobatics, Hasten, Bonfire, Choking Cloud.
All could be useful. If I could have had two powers last night it would have been Bonfire and Acrobatics. One to block the tunnels when we were over run and the other to stop me getting knocked back from the councils grenades. I have never used or seen these powers in action (except Hasten) so any advice appreciated (especially about Choking Cloud and Acrobatics). -

Am I missing Fortitude or is this not in the controller secondary? Would be a great buff for your pets if you can get it.

So if I want to PvP then LR is slightly better at this lvl and get EF at lvl 26?

I have been on these and the US forums, problem is they are both good
EF is approx a 30% boost in damage (actually a resistance and damage debuff) but requires an anchor. I had thought this is probably the best bet.
But
I teamed with a Rad defender the other night and he opened with Lingering Radiation, the Slow and -recharge were pretty powerful too.
hopefully someone who has used both could give opinions as what to take first, I intend to take them both. -
Approaching lvl24 with my Fire/Rad troller and I have the choice between Enervating Field and Lingering Radiation. I only PvE with this toon.
I have stamina so the Endurance hog of EF should be ok. I already have Radiation Infection slotted with 3x -Acc and 2x -Def and I am impressed with the results. So I am wondering which of these would be best to take next. -
From what I read the downtime has reduced from 3s to 1s - what it was before ragdoll was introduced.
So more a fix than a nerf but if you have been blapping since ragdoll like D has it may feel like one.

I was reading on the American Forums that the downtime of Knockdown/Knockback has been reduced. This has to do with bringing the downtime back into line after the introduction of Rag doll physics.
Has anyone noticed this effect on the Euro servers and if so did it have any great effect on your blapping ability? -
Hotfeet used to be autohit but in a recent patch was changed. Probably need 3 x Acc as most powers do in PvP to ensure it hits the stalker.
3xAcc and 3xEndRed would probably allow me to run it constantly assuming Stamina 3 slotted as well. -

I only use AP on tanks or if my Heal other isn't ready and another toons health is screaming towards the red. This is a bit hit and miss as AP has such a long activation time.
Fortitude I use on the aggro magnets and sidekicks.
I use AB on the main damage dealer after reading a post in this forum about its benefits, can't say I have been dissapointed with the results. Before I always used it on the tank. Still do if they are taking on the AV.
AB, fort, CM, RA, Heal RA - on a single blaster is something to behold. They don't need much healing and they never run out of endurance. (lit up like an xmas tree though) sort of a Regen/SR blaster -
I have just respecced out of the leadership pool on my defender and I believe the bonus is less on a controller. May be useful in PvP but in PvE I found it didn't make much difference post 30. Most toons have enough accuracy and damage by then anyway.
In PvP (I have only done a little) I found that Tactics didn't help me see stalkers that much better even 3 slotted with Acc on my defender - though I would say that it did save me a slot in Accuracy on my blasts ( 2slotted not 3). Maneuvers and Assault I saw no difference when running, I took them then removed them from the tray after a few hours of game time. Maybe with a few teammates running these too, which might be likely in PvP??
Most useful power in PvP I have found was the temp power Wedding Band found in Striga. I managed to stay upright against a Scrapper for at least a minute in warburg. A stalker couldn't one shot me with this on but could easily if I was too slow to activate it. -
I met Tarot at Jack Wolfe and she said they did great. We still finished first though.
