So I21 came out and my CoH window got bigger and this is how I see it on my screen:



I am unable to see the loading bar and need to move my bottom trays up so I can see everything. I've tried the Screen size option but it seems to just make things worse.
Any solutions?

I would definitely say buy the Mac, my Macbook runs CoH many times better than what I could manage with my old HP which began to develop problems a month after its purchase. I've had my Macbook for 1.5 years now and I've had no problems. I use my computer A LOT and sometimes I still get to say "Wow! Macs can do that?"

If we do get broomsticks I want a Firebolt, not one of those third rate Cleansweep Ones

What happened six issues ago?

So with the release of Freedom/Issue 21 on the near horizon I am planning to make a Time traveler but I need to make one important decision. I want to make either a Time/Beam Defender or a Beam/Time Corruptor. Up to this point I've denounced playing a Corruptor because I had a horrible experience with a DP/Kin. I hated him because he couldn't solo the easiest missions and I disliked his damage output. So the key here is are my perceptions of Corruptors wrong? Was it that my IO build did not translate well into the DP/Kin corruptor, or was I expecting too much when I wanted to solo some content with him.

If I want to have the ability to solo at at least the default settings, deal out a good amount of damage in teams and solo. Which AT will suit me better with the Time Manipulation and Beam Rifle sets? (Note: I don't solely solo, just when teams a scarce or when I want to immerse myself in the story of the mission arc)

Look at the bright side, *maybe* they learned their lesson and the during the next beta more of our Mac Heroes will be invited to test.

We have four dogs

Scootie is a white/black shih-tzu, she would be a petless mastermind because while she thinks she is the dominant dog of the house she gets her butt whipped by two of the others dogs weekly, her name would be Scooser. She would have a maximum quota of 1.5 lives saved per day, at which point she would need a 12 hour nap. Oh and she would have a rocket launcher because when she barks the only thing that comes out is a snot rocket.

Chloe is a brown Cockapoo, she would be a sonic blaster because she is the loudest thing EVER. Her hero name would be Singing Brownie. She would have a creepy eye patch because she lost an eye to glaucoma, had it removed 2 days ago.

Chilli is a brown/black shepherd/terrier, she would be a powerless bum because she is old and lazy :P

Ella is our newest dog, she is a mix...of everything, mostly lab/pointer/golden retriever/beagle. She would be a mace brute because her tail is like a rod of metal that wreaks havoc throughout the house. She wouldn't have a name because before anyone could say her name they would be knocked out cold by her tail/mace, hero and villain alike + she would make frequent visits to the hospital from smashing her own face with the mace. On the list of things she likes to consume: dryer sheets, socks, face wipes, grass, the carpet, she likes Ice cubes more than food or treats, she enjoys fingers and toy stuffing, rocks seem to be a particular favorite, bugs are the pre-sleep desserts.

I think most people are ready enough for Freedoms launch that "ample" can mean 30 minutes before downtime. So that we may make the necessary arrangements, be it call out of work, pile unstable stacks of junk food on the desk, take a nap before a 24 hour blitz, or just laugh and go to work expecting the inevitable bug that will take the servers down for 12 hours.

Why is the word Queer filtered on CoH?

I did the repair from a few days ago but nothing changed, I can still play Beta but trying to access the store still gets me the Assertion Failure

I run CoH in windowed mode on my Mac and a small part of the bottom of the game screen is hidden under the screen, is there a way to resize the game screen or fix the problem any other way?

Not sure if this has been suggested before but I got this idea where we could add notes to our characters in the character select screen. I find that I have so many alts that sometimes I don't even know why I kept them. If I could add notes to my characters it would help organization and would help me keep track of my altitis. For example, I'm saving one of my level 10 alts and to remind myself I would add a note saying "Waiting to re-roll with Street Justice."

It could simply be a small + sign next to each name that would expand into a text box when clicked. I'm not sure that there would be an overwhelming demand for this but I thought I might as well suggest it.

I'm almost finished building my Night Widow and I am looking for Fortunata build suggestions. I need to use hover and fly and I want her to be ranged/control. The only purples I can really afford are the ones that get this reaction when they drop: (Wewt I got a purp recipe!!!! *looks at recipe* #$%&*$@# Of all the recipes!) =P

What are your suggestions and what builds can you share?

I don't have much experience with Power Boost, will it boost my shield effectiveness and if so can I get a decent recharge without all the purples?

My Earth Controller is nearing his level 50 and I would like to see if anyone can share earth/ff builds. I solo and play with teams equally. I'm not overly wealthy so a moderate priced build would be something I would need. I would also appreciate any tips on how I should build my toon set bonus wise and what recipes I should be using to achieve a good build. Any suggestions on powers would be helpful.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but I joined a SG with a toon that had the Steampunk chest detail. I went to remove the SG emblem and this is what I saw:



Removing the emblem returns it to normal, and hey, the bug is kinda cool

I tried getting to a different zone by trying to enter the train entrance in the war walls O.o

Superb! This image deserves the highest praise! It is so...so...thought provoking and compelling...the moment I saw it my mind began to churn out ideas! You sir deserve a prize!
