  1. Can someone give me the exact HP, Res and damage bonus values for the superior and none superior kheldian grace?
  2. OK, few more ideas.

    Tank:
AoE buff of defence or res for himself and the team.

Brute: Fury is lost at a slower rate

MM: Adds 5-10% extra damage buff and maybe to hit to supremacy.

Defender: AoE recovery/regen buff to attacks

Corrupters: Higher scourge chance starting at 50% and below.

    Blaster: Small to hit/dam debuff

Scrapper: Chance to hold or proc for damage

    Stalker: Chance for damage bonus

SoA: Toxic damage proc and -7.5% debuff (this was the original SoA buff).

Kheld: Energy/negative proc with a double proc chance because both damages have a 20% chance to proc

Dom: Chance for control time increase

Controller: Chance for an 1 mag of every mez type.
  3. I don't like the SoA ones :< And the Kheld ones are coming in a future update without the need for ATOs.

    My idea would be:

SoA: Toxic damage proc and -def proc to attacks

Kheld: Buffs Eclipse's recharge and resistance and no clue what for PB's

Corrupters: A slight increase to scourge proc rate below 50%. Maybe 10% bonus to proc rate (so 10% crit chance becomes 11%)

Defenders: A PBAoE team buff, a bit of res, bit of def, bit of def debuff def?

MM: No recharge in the ATO set at all, dam, acc, end only and the proc is a 5-10% extra damage bonus to supremacy.
  4. Also, you seem oddly focused on that giant shivan.

If you want to fight the giant shivans, wait till the DiB trial, then you get too.
  5. Any class can kill AVs/GMs, so long as it has the damage and debuffs to overcome regen and the defence to survive.

    PvP Heal proc

    So how good is it?

I'm currently running 1 miracle proc, 1 Numina's proc, wondering if I can replace either of them with it and come out better off?

    Staying Alive

I'm a corrupter, so it is probably a bit diffrent, but I found it quite easy with the APPs to get myself to 40% S/L and stealth IOs helped a lot.

    Arachnos ATOs

OK. I just found a very nice little AE farm on my tanking crab. Made about 2000 tickets for 20 minutes work, probably not amazing, but it got me up to 7000 for a gold class recipe and the badge.

This proc is amazing for that cause it prevents a lot of damage.

My attack chain is now Suppresion=>Venom Nade=>Spam Longfang/Channelgun until Supresion is up again=>Suppression

This, to me, is an amazing ability.
  9. How about you replace it with Inf gain? :P They have it on the new pet and it it then badge helper?
  10. It is greater than the sum of its parts, that makes it OP.

A crab spider attack build with perma pets x6, softcapped range defence and hover so you can keep at range.

The build is pretty tight, but you could drop Manuvers for Provoke and gain 2 extra slots.

Stick the ATO set in supression and you are away.
  12. While this may sound the opposite of what you want, I find pain dom to be quite useful.

You have Soothing Aura, a constant low level heal which helps you and your team, but mostly you. You have world of pain, that is pretty easy to perma, boosts your damage and your res, as well as helping your team. You can take Share Pain, use it when needed on your team mate for a damage boost. Your rez also buffs your damage, recharge, etc and with Anguishing Cry, you get a big res/def debuff in an AoE.

Just taking the power you have to (Nullify, which also heals you), that is 6 powers which give you a fair bit of extra damage, you can help your team, buff res and do a bit of an AoE Debuff.

But yeah, sounds like you want a crab spider. If you want, i can hook you up with a nice build I've been working on for ranged damage, perma pets, everything.
  13. Trilby

    Arachnos ATOs

Yeah, that is something else I am looking at, maybe get frag grenade instead.

Thing is about Omega Bomb, I like the tanking ability it brings to the table. In large spawn rooms, I tend to agro one lot with supression, drop an omega bomb in group two, and then keep on fighting. It brings more mobs too me so I can use frenzy and my pets. It also swallows alpha strikes for me, no problem.

If I worked out what would be a good replacement for it, I would use it I think.
  14. Inspired by the debate in the Kheld forum and my own dislike for Posi Blast when I can avoid it, what enhancement set for targeted AoE would you create to be the "Obliteration" to Posi Blast's "Scurocco's Dervish". And what, in your opinion, makes Posi Blast meh?

To me, it is the range increase with some lackluster bonuses. I only tend to slot it because out of all the TAoE's, it is the lesser of all the evils and cheaper than the purple set with the useless (to me) knockback.

And as for my idea, it would be this.

    War Walker's Blast:

    Acc/Dam
    Dam/End
    Dam/Recharge
    Acc/Dam/End
    End/Acc/Recharge
Proc chance for a 10% radius increase

Have it give a small amount of recovery, ranged defence, protection to stun or hold and 7.5% recharge, I think that would work.

    Kheld Grace

This is all proof Posi Blast is a bad set because it makes people argue :<

  18. Just a kinda place holder for a Virtue based RP story thing me and my friend are doing. Basically, I told him City of Heroes was free to play, he joined me and we both made new toons to level up together. And we made Miss Grasshopper and BlueCore.

    Bit of info.
"Miss Grasshopper is a twenty something mutant whose ability manifested itself as a massive increase in lower leg strength. She can quite literally kick someone through a wall and leap over a building in a single bound. She has just started out as a crime fighter in Paragon and she is always willing to learn, but will fight tooth and nail for the city she loves."

Her partner in Anticrime is BlueCore who is described as a
"7 feet tall Azure Amazon Amnesiac has the power of Psionics, and Telekinetics, which she uses to fly, an activity she enjoys. Though she may not remember much before the explosion that shunted her through time, since arriving in Paragon, she's discovered that she enjoys eating Chinese Egg Rolls, Shrimps, and chocolate. She's also learnt to use her powers of flight to take BASE jumping to an new extreme!"

So yeah, I'm gonna be doing a bit of writing for them, hoping to get some public RPs around Paragon. If you see us, feel free to walk up and talk. Just remember BlueCore is a F2P player and may not be able to reply to tells!
  19. I was on an all VEAT ITF.

    1 bane, 5 crabs, 2 fortunas.

So we had about 25 or so pets running around, perma mind link, multiple TT:Man and TT:*** and it was amazing.

OK so now I'm having to respec again for Assualt :P YAY!

It may not make sense, but it makes just as much sense of Arachnos using steampunk guns.
  22. I'm pondering dropping Aim (at 30 seconds recharge), for assault.

The maths tells me that (and if I am wrong, please do correct me) that with Aim if compared to assault, over a minute I have a 16.66% damage bonus (that is 50 damage bonus divided by 60 seconds, the result then times by 20 seconds) where as assault gives me a flat 15% permanently, and has no cast time, compared to the cast time of assault.

Assault also buffs the team with 15% damage bonus, so my gut feeling tells me it is better, and I don't think I need the to hit buff, as I am sitting on 95% To Hit without Aim and all my attacks have 300%+ accuracy. So what do you guys think?
  23. Trilby

    Arachnos ATOs

Interesting...if I 5 Posi blast, with proc, I end up with 300 DPA, 125 seconds reuse and 402% accuracy.

However, if I slot it with 5 slots including proc of AA, I only lose 70 DPA and the recharge is down to 101 seconds, with an extra long (17.6 second) stun.

I think I might just do that.
  24. Trilby

    Arachnos ATOs

I've never thought of using omega blast just for the stun. I tend to use it as my pulling tool and nuke.

How fast does Omega Bomb recharge for you and how much DPA does it do with those 5 slotted?

Way I see it, the ATO is very nice in the two extremes. Can't afford purples and has too many purples. By 6 slotting it in supression and upgrading the proc, I gained 2.5% recharge, some damage and other useful bonuses, which means I can change one of my pets to slotting a recharge pet one, giving me an extra 6.25% recharge.

The proc is also VERY VERY nice. It really makes the set worthwhile. I've seen it terrorize bosses and at x8 it will go off about 4/5 times per spawn, getting most of the minions, maybe a boss or Lt and the 15% damage debuff will work on EBs/harder mobs.
  25. Really? I'm finding they sold for 200+ mil up to a bil in the first few hours, but after that they rapidly dropped in price to about 10-200 mil depending on AT (With scrapper/tanker being the most valuable)
