    Installed Windows 7 and CoX and after it finished and started up I would get a black screen but I can hear the background music. I can also hear myself typing at the user screen but no images.

    I updated my video drivers and restarted but same thing. Anyone have this issue and if so how to resolve it?

    I see that much... but that's with 2x Vengeance, Maneuvers, and possibly a Deflection/Insulation Bubble.

    My personal opinion is that this build is way overkill.

    Just putting Tough/Weave on an Invuln Tanker with most of its primaries pretty much makes it capable of snoozing through most TFs in this game.

    Adding Maneuvers is sort of like adding a hood bra on top of your Ahbrams Tank.

    The set bonuses are also a lot of overkill, especially with Invuln. You're probably going to want to IO out more for +recovery and/or +maxEnd as that's the real hole (besides Psi) in an Invuln build.

    If its anything similar to Brute's EM/Invuln should have hardly any endurance issues with Stamina 4x slotted with Performance Shifters including proc and Miracle +Recovery. Can go all day.
  8. I think at one time the MM bubbles lasted like 1.5m.

    I think they last 4m now and are much easier to play with than constantly recasting.
  9. Uhh... maybe Energy Assault. Then maybe Fire. Pretty close between the two but I think NRG has a bit more explosive visual effects.

    When /Invuln (being as it being a +Res set) is comparable to other Brute types Resistance it isn't ahead in the game by much. It was pretty damn good pre-i13 but its not gonna get an edge over anyone other Brute besides having Dull Pain and it isn't gonna help you for long.
  11. I don't care how you do it but somehow you need to make it easier to remove IO's from a build from having to buy/craft 5-7 Respec Recipes to get the necessary IOs after a major revamp of a toon that doesnt fit my playstyle anymore. Even builds in general.

    I can spend half a day doing so many respecs to get my <censor!> out. I dont mind paying the 600-700M but its troublesome to have to respec so many times since you can only hold 10 IOs after each Respec.

    I realize this is probably impossible considering where the heck you can store the IOs after you completely wipe the toon since you can only hold 10x.

    Maybe you can purchase a recipe/ticket that allows you to cash in at a worktable in the base or something that can relay it in an enhancement table only if you have the available space (100x).

    Maybe someone can think of a better solution or another reason this isn't feasible.

  13. Scrapper would have the leg up over the Stalker 1v1. I had to work hard gettin kills off regen/ Scrappers and in most cases we couldn't kill each other.

    I have a EM/Regen that I sometimes take to RV. /WP seems to take damage a lot better than /Regens and I think you have more toggles to pick up with less power pools to play with -- thats just under speculation. Never played a /WP Stalker before.

    EM/ seems to work well in PvP as Total Focus, Energy Transfer, and Spirit Sharks are the only attacks I really ever use. You have to move around though as you get your attacks off otherwise you're given your enemy 1-2 good shots at ya while you're anchored down finishin' the animation.

    /Regen is pretty survivable nonetheless.
  14. I'd try to get Spirit Sharks in there. Hide + BU + Spirit Shark is nearly equivalent to normal AS damage from a range. You get it off more consistently than getting an AS off following after Placate.

But heroes/villain could enter the zone and attack each other. It was basically PvP without all the BS rules we have. It was nice being able to AS a blaster for 1100 and ET hitting for 1,000.

    It also had the oldschool i12 TS rules.

  16. I usually resort to Sands of Mu and Nemesis Staff during the downtime. By the time I get through both powers I can attack normally.
  17. Yeah, you'll get a better regen a sec with procs slotted in Fast Healing over Health.

    Friend of mine asked why his proc wasn't going off and after a while he noticed it healing his enemies.
  18. Mediocre in my opinion with decent work on the build. IO'd out they're beasts in dealing AoE/PBAoE damage.

    Each Melee AT has slight differences while similar in a lot of ways. Scrappers play differently too, yes you can play them like Brutes but they do not have the ugency of Fury.

    Not to side track this thread any further but what AT redside do you think is best to soak the damage for the team? I dont see any other ATs with Taunt implemented into their build.

    Tell me that Masterminds and VEATs are better suited for the job.

    If you can post a build we can help critique it. Not to be selfish but I don't particularly want to hand over my hard work through personal trial and error. But, I'm more than willing to lend advise.
