Quote:Yeah the mapserver in round 3 was pretty bad but besides that it was fairly smooth. The mapserver lasted about 5-7s and it was enough to somehow make me do a 180 and head to my own spawn point. And I dont think we were quite prepared who the target caller was until 3s into the match heh but it was a close match all-around.The only lag I saw was in the first 60 seconds of round three (Which has happened just as much in our MM/Storm teams as it does a standard jump team with random Arena Lag). I think beyond that we might be imagining things. Lag for the most part was non existent unless dUmb got smart enough to figure out how to lag the other team but not themselves....

The animations looks like something you'd see at a rave party but with glowsticks <.<

Maybe it was a fluke or someone tinkered with the drop rate yesterday but between a buddy of mine and I on our Stalkers he picked up 4x PvP drops (one of em' was a Shield Wall: +RES) and I got 1x in a 1.5h period in RV on Freedom. I got 2x more an hour after he logged solo so it was pretty amazing day considering I got 1x drop within the last month of daily zone PvP and 8v8 practice throughout the week.

Thanks for the practice -- we've tossed around with many lineup compositions and still working out the knots and kinks. Great job, btw.

I have 122 endurance points on my build, but I didn't spec for S/L Defense. I can prob suggest grab a couple +MaxEnd sets or something. And maybe if you care for the build enough you can pick-up Panacea: Chance for +Heal/+End *shrugs*

@Big SOB @8up SOB is aware that he's on the D6 team as a heads up, Slaxinator. He'll be at practice.

Quote:Hardcore RPer, kids.Just wow I am so surprised to see this demand for taunt expressed here. I have to say I have noted more and more players using taunt.
Taunt and corner pull was the main method of several teams I ran into recently. When I asked why were doing it this way they all said it was safer. Plus it kept aggro off the Squishies (oh please). I asked a few more questions and decided it was best not to disturb them after the mission was over I left to have some fury filled fun.
Other teams the leader is a Brute playing tank. Taunting etc when asked about it they know no other way to play. I give talking about Red tactics a try but most are experts and do not want to listen. Those that do I add to my global.
I have seen for some time more and more obvious Blue side teams playing Red side. More should check out the Red side I do think they could realise there are some potential gains to using Red side tactics.
Maybe it has not been said loud enough or often enough but being a brute is all about the SMASH. Were fricken engines of destruction. Anything that slips my aggro the team should be able to handling. Otherwise why are they on my team, am I doing all the work?
Gaining and keeping fury has never been a problem with out taunt. When I play a squishy COV side its sure nice to have a brute on the team. But I do not need or want them to play tank.
So in closing SMASH, SMASH, SMASH. -

Red names seem to be getting more involved with the CoX community as of late in-game. Moderator 08 talking with the PvP community about... PvP... and Niviene and whomever was telling people to watch out for something in Cap Au Diable on Freedom.
Whatever the case I think its refreshing that they're getting more involved. -

Ah, I thought there was 1x Stalker on both teams. But, I could be mistaken. I /wrist and switch to my Blaster when Steatoda steps up to plate.

Quote:I thought it was impressive that in one of the matches Sneaky pulled off 8 kills with Steatoda (The Widow) on him throughout the match.Yah it was really fun even if widow made me wanna cut kittens and we had few issues between players.
But, I agree with Divine. Everyone played well and I think we all had fun. Peeps shared constructive criticism and advice and I think this will definitely influence or persuade fresh meat err... new players to participate. -
Sounds cool.

Invulnerability has always been a soft spot for me. Nuff said 'cause I'm too lazy and tired to back up my thoughts. But, many peeps brought up g'points backing each set. Definately depends on the presented situation.

I would also want to add that your endurance is pretty wrecked with I think it was 1.89 end a sec to your 2/s without Sprint on for your Stealth IO. I'd at least have your Numina +Rec/Reg in Fast Healing instead of Reconstruction. I think you were aiming for the sets in Hibernate, but I'd typically toss 2x Recharge and a Heal IO to keep it simple. I typically use MoG to avoid getting hit and get back into Hide safely. Even with no resistance IOs you won't get get nailed hard enough to be really be in any immediate danger at least if you're not in Hide before MoG runs out. With this build I'd prob keep blues handy.
