see, i love the presence pool, i want it on a bunch of my characters, but game wise, it's not as good as other powers i must take. now that i get three slots back...... hello "SCREAMING AT THE BADDIES!!!!!!!". and this makes me happy

ok <standard "not sure if this has been mentioned yet" disclaimer>

for blast powers i would like to see (on top of the existing animations which i think are fine for the most part) optional left hand, right hand, eye, both hand blast animations, for just about all the blasts. keep the signature ones of course, but i would like to do and all eye blast guy (NO, not ripping off the weenie in those X books), or have left/right oriented character where i could color the blasts from each hand accordingly (left hand blasts blue, right hand red, you get the picture).

i would like to see more options for controller powers too, but i'm having a hard time explaining what i see in my head......... how about we say, more demonstrative, whole body encompassing animations..... i know that's vague and random... sorry.

and could we please find some way to attach a flypose permanently to a character, without having to do a macro/keybind? i was thinking making it tied to a costume slot, so each costume had a "check box" for which flypose it uses, or something graphically easy like that?


and of course...... POWER POOLS, all of them darnit!!!!
like flight could get an energy trail animation, or fire trail. make a more "ninja run" like super jump that was more acrobatic looking. a less flashy, or even "dark" themed teleport, customizable versions of the sprint animations for SS, that kind of thing.



i also have a long wish list of animations for the taunt/taunt like powers..... but none of them are forum appropriate... so nevermind.

i can't add any numbers, as i refuse to integrate math into my leisure time activities, but the misses in Praetoria are maddening, and appear to be quite alot more prolific the in either red or blue side. i'm running two dom's, a scrapper, and a brute, and it's been the same for all of them, but you definitely notice it more with the dom's. so as completely unfounded, unofficial support to your well math'ed out example, i agree, something ain't working right..... my initial assumption was that the "acc bonus" for lowbies may not have made it into Praetoria, but, like i said, i ain't puttin in the effort to disect it, i'll just rant and rave at my computer like an idiot

ok, so i pre-ordered the complete collection, and surprise! it got here today (sweet, expected to wait a day or two), so i first noticed no "razer gaming surface", meh, whatever, i don't much care. but after i load the game, pop in the serial number for my account... i don't have those nifty level 1-20 enhancers that i so wanted. i know there was supposed to be a code and someplace to put them, but i don't know what to put where (mind out of the gutters folks). anyone figure this out yet?

not because i have more then one or two toons on liberty, but i can't not bid on things like this..... i think i have an issue. 200,000 for liberty

Rad/Kin is awesome, i leveled a kin/rad def to 50, loved it so much i turned around and did rad/kin cor, but it's VERY low mitigation, very FAST action, edge of your seat kinda play.

Rad/Dark is safer, solo or teamed, no question, and it's alot of fun as well, great bag of tricks. you'll get to 50 just the same, but you prolly won't have the damage taken badge

so it really depends on the playstyle you like, fast n furious = rad/kin, slower, safer, more tactical = rad/dark. either way you really don't go wrong.

ok, i've heard that there are some changes in the works for grav control. i was just wondering if anyone had heard more then that? maybe what changes, maybe time frame for the changes? anything? very interested, as grav is my favorite control set for thematic reasons, but tends to let me down in actual gameplay

ok, just wanted to see if i missed an announcement or something, is there some known issue with vet rewards right now?

my account creation date was 4/7/2007, it is now 4/13/2010, simple math leads me to believe i should have 36 month vet rewards.....
i have 30, stopped short of blackwand/nemesis staff, how awesome is that???
sent an email to support, but just wanted to see if it was a wide spread problem.

i found two things out pretty quickly when i got to this game that helped me tremendously;
first, MAKE LOTS OF CHARACTERS!!!!!11!!!!eleventyone!! you have the space to do it, so use it, make one of each AT, play them until 20 (not straight thru mind you, but don't give up on an AT until you've given it a good test drive).

second, let the folks on the forums know what server you are on, they will give you their globals, SG names, toon names, whatever, and it seems that the vets try to out do each other with helping you. never met a more helpful/friendly community, become a part of it and you'll make friends i promise.


oh, and make MOAR TOONS!!! just in case i hadn't said that already altitis is awesome, you'll like it, don't fight, just succumb.

issue called "dark mirror", reference to enemy that "can match you blow for blow"....
this sounds an awful lot like an arch nemesis feature... just sayin'
