What they end up doing is allow free transfers to and fro from that one server. After you are done you are only allowed to transfer back to server that character came from.

    Hey it an idea.
Eh, I was on board for the freedom thing, untill I actually participated in 2 Arena events and RV.

Freedom RV is more of a joke than Virtue servers RV; it's Kinda sad (especially villainside).

First Arena event the scrapper, defender, blaster team left after their first wipe.

Second Arena event they left cause We had an elec/therm, lol.

Seriously, I had expected more from freedom server. I transfered back to Virtue.

Let me know when test comes back. Till then, i'll be in Virtue where we've chased all the lolfiteklubers out.

P.s. We don't need a PvP server. Cross-server instancing for PvP would make much more sense (Which essentially would be a PvP server.)

    No, no 200-300 a piece. :P

But I prefer to negotiate with seller than set prices here.

    In-Character Reasoning:
My characters concept is an anarcho-primitivist. She prefers the barter, potluck systems over a market system.

OOC Reasoning: I prefer to sell through the market and purchase from individual sellers: uniques and rare recipes, salvage, etc.

I'm looking to purchase in the 250-300ml price range.

I should be waiting till the holidays are over but i'm impatient. :P

My build is almost finished and i'd like to start on my next project.
  5. These purples are required to complete my idealized build.

I currently have the five purple sets and 5 +recharge lotgs my build required for my ideal peram-dom. However, I need these IOs to complete my build. I'm quite excited that i'm almost finished with it.

    So, to summarize:

    Quote:
I am looking to purchase recipes or crafted IOs from 2 purple sets Redside off-market:

    Apoc: Dam/Rech, Neg Dam, Dam/Rech/Acc

Hecatomb: Fire dam, Dam/Rech, Damage, Acc/Rech

    Thank you!

    I'm NOT a dev!!!

There's a trick with certain costume options to make it seem like you have saddle shoes, I;ve taught folks how to make them, been called a dev over that.

HEck, there are times I've logged in as Arbiter Fabulous and been asked what's it like to work with Sexy Jay, or worse, folks have thought I *WAS* Sexy Jay.

Tonight it happened again, I was on as my petless thugs mastermind, Occult 45, who is going to be my big GR character, walking around with my dual pistols out, and folks were, once again, asking me if I was in beta, a dev, or worked somewhere else in paragon studios.

For the record, I am not a dev, I do not work for NCSoft, Paragon studios or it's affiliate companies. As for beta, I signed up for it at HeroCon, I stayed active for the loyalty program so.. yes I'm in beta, eventually.. whenever it's going to start. When that is, I dunno.

Please folks, all it takes is someone accidentally talking about how they ran into the Dev "Arbiter Fabulous" for me to lose access to this wonderful game.

I like to be social, but it's really difficult when I have to walk on eggshells typing, trying to make sure I don;t say something that could be construed as breaking the rules. Major rules at that.

Sorry for ranting, at first it was funny being thought of as a developer, goodness knows I'd be AT Paragon Studios in a heartbeat if I could, I love this game and would love working for it. But after a while, it gets a bit cumbersome.

Forgive the rant, and if you think this post seems silly or pointless, guess how *I* feel.

    Love,

Arbiter "I'M NOT A DEV" Fabulous

If you bring back Virtue, I promise I'll stop mocking RPers and RP with you.

    Thank you,

We've been asking for this under several names. They don't even have to add terminals just give existing items more abilities. Like the terminal that sets up the CoP or base raids could be used to set up arena/MA stuff, and the raid teleporter can be used to send people to those locations.
You can setup Arena/MA stuff through Menu options.

I wouldn't mind some sort of target dummy with a status window so that you are able to see how much damage and debuffs you are puting out, how long your status powers are lasting, etc.

I was just naming 2 known PvP celebs if you will from Freedom who came up a lot in forum discussions, much like the 2 Justicites mentioned.

    @both & Sentry

Justice is more a min/maxer and badger heaven server nowadays. If anyone tells you different they need to put the pipe down. RV is the only action left period. Everyone knows everybody else one way or another and It's hero heavy which I think is why ppl tend to fiteclub more often than not, but it's not as rampant as it used to be. If the numbers are there it's a mini zone war. Holiday events totally kill the zone (best time for pl's on Justice) and its not as if we had a ton of people in it during regular times. Given that test Pvpers reside on Freedom I'm sure the overall quality of player should be better, you guys wrote the book on team tactics. That said, I still think you'll find that what is left would give you an adequate challenge but all our big guns are waving the Freedom flag now. It sucks, but what can you do.

Stop with the retarded server pride ****.

Stop identifying yourself as "Justice" and start identifying yourself as a PvPer.

Once you get around to doing this come join the rest of the community on Freedom.

Now, perhaps you like to actually answer my questions, who are you and whens the last time you've been on Justice for PvP.
I ask because you sound quite bitter and I don't want to make any assumptions about you.

Not bitter. Nothing to be bitter about.

I'm just a Virtue zone farmer that transfered to Justice for a week last month out of curiosity. Sat AFK on the globe in RV for 3 hours in the afternoon... nothing.

My only zone farm experience was a silly regener that kept chasing me around the zone untill I killed him with a heavy. He got mad and asked me to duel. I laughed hard.

I checked the Terminals..there were perhaps 5 matches I saw scheduled the entire week I was on Justice.

It was dead. that was my experience. That's fine if you don't want to get into a Freedom vs Justice pissing match, I respct that.

However, compared to Freedom heck even Virtue, justice PvP is dead.

    Greetings from Reality, Toxic.

I answered it for you because any other response than: "it's dead, dying or in the throes of death," would be a lie.

but i'm being rude. My appologies. Please feel free to respond.

If you are looking for competitive PvP transfer to Freedom. Nao.

If you are a casual PvPer and don't care for competitive PvP transfer to Virtue. Nao.

Justice PvP is dead. Get over it.

We were having a conversation about the possible downfalls to the Mission Architect system that players could exploit to powerlevel and miss the enjoyment and whole point of the game, and then the discussion turned to what happens to players when they get characters to level 50. We propose that in order to avoid, frankly, the "let-down" when you hit 50, that characters that have achieved level 50 get a certain amount of playtime and then move off to "retirement" or become "figureheads" or "paradigms" of some sort and are automatically retired, inspiring players to create new characters again. Of course, there would be special bonuses when heroes or villains do retire to new characters that are created, and be badges for retiring X amount of heroes/villains or a complete suite of archetypes. This incentive to move on and keep the game fresh would greatly enhance the continued playability of the game in the same way that the frequent emphasis to prevent powerleveling keeps the game world vibrant and dynamic. I'd like to see one of the game developers comment on this suggestion. Thanks!
