    The zone itself is beautiful. War Witch has outdone herself. The TF is epic. As a WS player, the storyline is not only enthralling, but also ties in nicely with the background of my WS character. And you can even swim underwater in one of the maps, which begs the question "What's up the devs' sleeves?"

    Except in my case, it was teaming with my gaming partner's Peacebringer.

    Every single turn from the time we stepped into the Midnighter's Club to the time we gave up on the TF (our first try and we were down to 4 people, we didn't have a chance LOL!) had us going "Wow." "Ooooh!" "WANT!!!!!" "Man, this is gorgeous" and variations thereof.
  2. Well, I for one enjoyed the Midnight Squad arc. To enter the first mish expecting to see one thing and seeing something totally different was enough to catch my team's attention and leave us going "Um.... why?" So that was cool.

    And the Cure the Lost was just FUN. Yeah, not something I'd want to do for ages, but it is just fun to do It was totally unexpected (I didn't read up on that for test).

    Oh, and hands down, every one of us on the team WANT that wand and emote for a cool power

    The only problem we encountered was with the mission where you have to get Lady Jane to the chest. If you fail and call it in, it advances the arc -- but doesn't give the salvage piece needed to craft the wand. Is there another piece we're missing for being able to try again?
  3. Everyone on my global channels last night (all of us on Virtue) had a problem with setting the colors for the channels. Setting was great, we'd get them beautiful...

    ...then zone...

    ..and not only did the custom coloring disappear, but each channel became a different color. So MyGlobal1 would be blue one zone, cream another, then an off-green the next, then back to cream, then off-green, blue, etc.

    Another problem I noticed is that my icon for Elude, which used to dim just a few seconds prior to Elude dropping, didn't any more. Made for some risky playing in the TF.

    Other than that though, I am *loving* this issue. Absolutely loving it.
  4. Some very nice work there guys.

    I finally got around to uploading pictures of the Sentinels United base, and made a wiki for it on the Virtueverse.

    Got it! Thanks so much y'all!!

    Wow. Wow. Wow, and WOW.

    That is just.....

    Wow.

    Newbie question

    And as for having the SGMate just fight him... Requiem needs to be knockbackable, and it needs to be on a specific map, and we don't want to go through the entire looooong arc again to get to the right map and right enemy who isn't KBable anyway.

    Newbie question

    Beautiful!! Thank you! And no, this'll be my first demo. But I figured I could get the rest of the instructions from guides
  9. Tigra_Swipe

    Newbie question

    I want to try and get a specific screenshot of one of my SG's heros fighting against Requiem. Would it be possible to set this up in the demo editor? Can you control named NPCs in the demo editor? I've never tried it before...

    Thanks!!
  10. Okay, I bought this for both accounts. Grumbled about the price and complained about it, but bought it. Why? Because I'm a costume addict, because I have a toon about to get married (who has an incarnation on both accounts >.&lt, and because I want to support the company.

    But, even though I *did* shell out the $20 for this, I want to go on record saying it was overpriced. Next one offered (and I bet there will be more), could you cut it a bit? $5.99 seems more appropriate for what was included.

    When I loaded up the costume pieces, though... -beautiful- work. More please! More stuff like this, but for free? Though a tip on where to *find* these pieces would be nice.

    (Hey, and where's our Roman armor? PLEASE don't make that a vet reward... >.> Sorry, had to slide that one in. ^.^)

    Rather than retype what others have already said, I'll just copy and paste the points I was going to say:

    *The separate-color lace pattern on the skirts is beautiful. It is a crying shame there is no top that can be matched with them. I understand that there's a UI limitation on tops w/skin and a 2nd color. But if we can't get around that, can we at least beg a regular top with the same lace pattern, one that is two-colorable, for making that as a dress? It'd make a great steampunk look.
    ((In my case, it's that I have a catgirl with a specific patterning that doesn't work with any "with skin" costumes. Pleaseplease make the pattern available without the "with top"?))

    * Both male and female, the Bow Tie is available with Jackets, but not with Sleeveless Jackets. Is this a bug?

    * My gut instinct is that not even the most garish prom tux would have the lapel color match the waistcoat color. What I wish Jay had done instead is use a texture to darken the lapels, but otherwise leave them the color of the jacket. The pocket square should match the waistcoat color, but not the lapels. (Although speaking of the lapels, nice geometry on these!)

    * There are issues with recoloring the inside tail of the Tuxedo as in it's not possible to do unless you force the color to copy across the whole toon.

    * Looking at the opaque Bridal Veil on the Live Servers, I think it would be cool to be able to have the option to have either opaque or transluscent veils.
  11. Very nice! I really like your workbay for the hangar
  12. Very nice, and I really like your color scheme, too.
  13. Add another vote for something in-game or game-item (even bumper stickers) that could go for $5-$10 so more folks could participate! I'd get in on a costume piece or badge or collectable card, or such like that for a charity, definitely.
  14. EEEKK... can I come see that in game? Daaaaaang that is awesome.
  15. ((We have 3 parts to our SG, each described below. In all cases, we strive for quality and a sense of family over quantity. We are recruiting members of all levels, origins, and RP experience))

    * Supergroup Name: Sentinels United
    * Website: http://www.guilduniverse.com/sentine...d/default.aspx
    * Leaders: Prince of Light and Tigra Swipe ( @Darkskye )
    * Ranking Officers: Protocol 9 and Swath
    * Recruiting Members: Anyone of member rank or above
    * Preferred Method of contact: Any way you like. Use the website, in-game email, in-game /tell. PM here works for me (Tigra), but will result in slower response
    * Guild Description:

    The Sentinels United is a group consisting of friends who have been through enough trials and tribulations that they have (in some cases, literally) become a true family. They strive to protect Paragon wherever and however possible, while providing a home for those who find themselves lost and in need of a family and a backbone of support for each other as they fight. When new members are brought in, the focus is on finding others who are similarly-minded: welcoming, helpful, willing to ignore a person's past and give a second chance, loyal to the others in the group, and wanting to make a positive difference however they may in Paragon. In most cases, all members are considered equal, but on those times when it comes down to it, the Council may take command and issue orders and it is expected in emergency situations that those orders will be obeyed.

    ((Most of the ongoing storylines in the Sentinels tend to be rather in-depth and often times 'heavy' with a twist of tragedy, strife, or angst. We try to end the arcs in an up-note, with the Sentinels coming out ahead in the end. In terms of comic ages, the Sentinels is more Bronze/Iron))

    ---------------

    * Supergroup Name: Young Sentinels
    * Website: http://www.guilduniverse.com/sentine...d/default.aspx
    * Leader: Night-Stranger ( @Rune )
    * Preferred Method of contact: Website, in-game email, in-game /tell ( @Rune )
    * Guild Description:

    The Young Sentinels spun off of the first incarnation of what became the Sentinels United. Run by Nathan AKA Night-Stranger, the Young Sentinels provide a place for those under-age heroes who want to make a difference at Paragon with others of their age group. Like the Sentinels United, they are a part of the family and are invited to participate in the Sentinels activities. The idea is that the Sentinels will be mentors for the Young Sentinels as they begin (or continue) their heroing careers.

    ((RP-wise, the Young Sentinels tend to be more light-hearted, with storylines not intended to be as angsty or heavy as the Sentinels United. In terms of comic ages, the Young Sentinels tend to be more Silver/Bronze))

    ----------------

    * Villain group Name: The Clandestine Coalition of Chaotic Criminals (aka "C4")
    * Website: http://www.guilduniverse.com/sentine...d/default.aspx
    * Leader: Sub-Pulse
    * Preferred Method of contact: Website, in-game email, in-game /tell, or contact the Sentinels United players listed above -- just be sure you're set to recieve enemy messages
    * Guild Description:

    This collection of criminals consists chiefly of characters who claim some point of confrontation with members of the Sentinels.

    ((This is our red-side counterpart, where our criminal alts hang out. So far, for the most part, RP here has been used to further plots on the Sentinels side, with our various nemeses (nemesises?) gathering together. However, as we grow, we'd like this to become a fully-functioning RP group as well. And we are certainly looking for villains who would like to cause a bit of trouble for the Sentinels to counter))
  16. We now *have* a BRB on Virtue. (Well.... sorta)

    But it seems none of the BRB fan club were hanging out at the Atlas Statue or in the D last night. We just got wierd looks.
  17. Thanks for the tips! I'll put them to work.

    How would you adjust the feet, LB? That's something else I don't like.

    I'd love to do one at 45 degrees, but I'm having trouble picturing the stick-figure / skeletal at that angle to begin with.
  18. I finally gave up just looking and dreaming, and decided to pull out the sketchbook myself. Been YEARS since I've even attempted a human(oid) figure and I've never been brave enough to go very far at all with something not out of a book.

    So, this is a first in a few ways.

    But, the head's all wrong, and I'm sure I have more stuff out of perspective.

    Suggestions? (Just be kind, please )

    This is Galena, my main.

    Cat show!

    Actually, I have another cat-girl who hasn't gone beyond city hall (and I'm thinking I may re-do her anyway) and she uses the feral face.
  20. Tigra_Swipe

    Cat show!

    *whistles innocently*

    I have no idea what you're talking about

    (Yeah, she's kinda a tribute character in ways)
  21. Tigra_Swipe

    Cat show!

    I've got two active catgirls, both on Virtue.

    Galena Storm is my main. She's a mutant who was kidnapped by a lab who wanted to run experiments, and in the process, they gave her electrical powers. She has very little memory of her past, and is now learning how to be a hero while hoping to avoid recapture by the lab.
    http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...jah/galena.jpg

    My other active catgirl is Tigra Swipe. She's from another dimension, where she was a member of a fighting legion. Her title was Fifth Adjunct to The Blade. Part of the selection to the Adjuncts was to undergo a merging with a familiar. Her legions' familiars were cats, and as a result of that merging, she has a mental link to her kitten Kilira, and grew cat ears and some other feline features.
