Great shots .... we see the moments in game but getting the right timing and the angle isn't always easy. Mucho luck required ... great job.

I was going to see GI Joe friday but I may be able to make it. So that would be one Thornster in full DA regalia with a nice Opressive Gloom to stun the repair dudes.

I would love to join the fun, I have Fidgit lvl 25 kin/NRG defender (or I could probably get my lvl 24 scrapper in range if that is better)

I always had the impression that most artist that got into it did it for fun and that the "observers" made it out to be bigger than it really was. If people are in it for fun and you come down hard on them ... you will always get only one reaction ... always the same.

Hi .. I'm Thornster

Been playing since day 1 (the day after Beta) and I have been hanging around the art forums since day 3 (or something like that). I love to collect, admire, comment and be amazed by what people can come up with. I try my hand at inking and coloring once in a while ... but I have no discipline so I don't produce much and I still need practice ... but I'm improving.

I have been collecting for some time but mostly free stuff for a long time ... I have been commissionning more in the last year.

A few things ...
- Yes TA is an artwhore (his name is in the definition in the dictionnary)
- I am to this day impressed by the great collections (Kat, Bayani, Rowr, TA, ...)
- Really happy to have Rowr around ... haven't heard from her in a while and ... well it's nice to see you are still around.
- This is the best place to hang out (in case you aren't hanging out around here arlready )

What is all this talk about DQing ... I'm just happy to see some cool art and everyone can see it was withing theme (ish if you insist) ... and this is all for fun anyway ... I don't remember anyone offering 2.5 million to the winner.

Tried to keep mine simple and not too large.

I went over and introduced us properly ... wouldn't want to scare then if they ever decide to come over.

Am I the only one [/id10t] that didn't spend the weekend in a MA farm? It was hard getting normal teams going ... and this was on a double XP weekend. (well not on Justice obviously because I know peeps here but I ventured elsewhere and yeah ... they would leave my team when I told them I wasn't doing MA missions)

So Alex (imagesbyalex) did this poster of the Envisionaries and offered it as a print on DeviantArt ( clicky ). I had never bought anything through that print system but after seeing him with his boy in front of his own copy of the poster ... I figured ... why not!?!

What I didn't know is that was his first sale though that system too. To mark the event he offered me a sketch. And who am I to refuse free art! Especially from Alex. So, I pushed my luck a tad bit and asked if he could do a pair of toons that were part of a leveling pact [up to recently when my partner took a pause for a month and the pact was broken ] and he was gracious enough to oblige.

well he has the 1+1+1+1+... thing down so I figured we may be tempted to challenge him ... hehe. But it was just an idea thrown out there. It's just very tempting to put more than one name up there when voting ... so many good ones.

I love my two pieces and you would have done my entire roster (ok maybe not the entire roster ... but 1 or 2 more) had I known how these would turn out!

All this to say I am very pleased and Thessalia looks totally awesome too!

I'll go with projectionist and I am assuming that we have until August 2nd and not July 2nd to vote.

And yes as many have mentionned alot of good pieces ... I think I would prefer voting for my top 3 with a 10 pts, 5 pts, 3 pts type of system than a simple 1 vote ... but this is just for fun so ...

I have a wee mastermind that I may be able to get to 15 before Saturday ... otherwise I'll pick another one of my "evil doers" for Tarikoss.

For the respec, I would bring Mortella Heart my lvl 29 Dark/Pain Corr.
