    Admittedly I had to look up the artist for the card that that's from. But I instantly remembered the name of the card, and the set it was from (Justice, from the Ice Age expansion).

    I wasn't trying to be a jerk about it, its just that your wording seemed to imply to me that somehow you were saying a merge was somehow immenent... saying "it is just a rumor right now" instead of something more dismissive.

    Firstly, I really don't see how this idea is functionally different than the one you posted a day or three ago... other than forcing a player to create an alternate character (but without creating an alternate character).

    If this type of "respec" is ever going to happen (which I doubt) I sincerely hope that it does not use this proposed mechanism. Because, what is the point of starting from scratch 2+ times when what you wanted in the first place was NOT have to roll an alt. It makes little sense. That would be like telling people that in order to make cleaning the house easier they are providing everyone with a robot maid... who you have to control by doing the actions you want it to do. Totally defeating the point.

    Touché? Also, keep in mind all the useless crap that gets posted in the PvP section... say what used to be PWNZ and dUMB, among others. And before you get all mad... I know that there arer pointless threads and posts everywhere, it's just that when the OP uses post count as a metric those were the first areas that I thought of that would surely bump up that area.

I thought it worked pretty well. His costume(s) are a play off of Batman and Rorschach.

    With that said, Dark Melee is an excellent set to pair with most anything, the extra Defense in the form of -ToHit really helps out those sets lacking Defense or to add insult to injury to sets like SR. However, IIRC from the OP he already played DM, and that might explain the dearth of suggestions noted by an earlier poster.

    Agreed.

    Origin-restricted: Only certain origins can use the powerset. This is just plain stupid in my opinion.

    Origin-slanted: It very much appears that this powerset is aligned with a given origin, i.e. missles. This is far less dumb, but I still take issue with things like this on occasion. Though, it may be significant to the argument to take a look at some of the things that people have done, creatively, with backstory.

    This is a horrible reason to restict player creativity. There are people who do disturbing things in this game already (like a certain Creepy Grandma, and a pair of characters that were provocatively named and resembled a priest and a 12 yo). Report the offenders, and let the rest of us have our options.
