Oh, I agree entirely, it was only that they changed the requirements for Zookeeper changed about 2 weeks after I'd spent hours on Monkey Island with my Ice Tank to earn it

If you're talking about when I think you're talking about then they're just a weird lighting artifact, but it's hard to know without screenshots.

FoN with capped recharge would be 200 seconds, so you'd still only be at 60/40 up/down even if you could get to the recharge cap unaided.
Not sure what you can actually reach with power and set bonuses, but I'm guessing a way short of 400% -
Also, Mace is mostly Smashing damage whilst Axe is mostly Lethal.

Well there are 5 more slots, presumably at least 4 of those will be made available in i21, if not all 5 and, going on past experience, 2 of those 4 will provide a level shift (though I guess all 4 could in theory, or none); entirely likely that the 5th will too and that would ultimately put you at +6 (or + anything between 3 & 8) by the end of all the incarnate slots.

Quote:Ah, yeah, they really need to fix the trial reward system - I've got enough Uncommons on my WS to start a shop and the only rares I've had were from the Mo badges.Spad, I could be wrong but I think the OP meant certain archetypes/powersets have much more luck than others at getting good rewards with the end table. This is certainly true in my experience as my fire/cold controller consistently gets Rares or above if I use my shields nonstop.

I don't know where you've been doing your trials, but I've not been turned away from a trial because of my AT yet - and half the time I'm playing as a Warshade (also Tank, Controller, Defender, Dominator, Brute & Scrapper) - and I think the only AT I've yet to see on a trial that I've done is PB and that's probably only due to their low numbers.

Quote:Unless you're a melee toon, in which case the effect is exactly the same as being knocked back in that you can no longer attack and any PBAoE buffs are nullifiedThere are VERY few situations where being slid 10 feet back without losing the ability to fire powers is meaningful.

I know that some people have had issues with the latest ATI drivers and recommend running older ones, but I'm not sure on the versions.

Quote:This. It's the same reason you don't slot proc IOs into non-aggro powers, because they have exactly the same effect.Pretty simple solution suggests itself immediately:
If you have a Mind Control character and want to use Mezmerize for it's sleep effect.....don't slot Reactive in it
I really see no reason to exclude something from working in certain powers just because it isn't doing what you want, when the option is available to not use the thing that is not working how you want it to. -
Quote:Rather worryingly, that reminded me of this: http://www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=114You have completed the Assault on Cole's Tower Trial!
"Thank you, Primal Heroes! But... our Emperor is in another castle!" -
If you're in a team when you enter the LFG queue but don't have enough members to start a trial, the system should wait until there is another queuing team/league with space that is big enough to start and add your whole team to it.
Note, "should", I haven't actually tested it -

You should really be slotting Gravity Well for damage more than holds, but Basilik's Gaze is pretty expensive for what it is so unless you really need those set bonuses (which you probably don't unless you've already got plenty of others slotted) it's probably a waste of money.

Judgement *shouldn't* be affected by external buffs, though currently Ion's jumps (but not the initial hit) are being buffed and thus are presumably also being debuffed.

It's not Firefox "related"; please read this: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=256229

Quote:Gone pretty much the same with my human WS; Spiritual Alpha, Void Judgement, Diamagnetic Interface, Clarion Destiny and then I've gone for Warworks Lore because I already have ranged pets and the Mark VIs are by all accounts deadly killing machines of doom, which is always handyI play a humanform warshade, so he's generally right in the thick of things. Defenitely Void Judgement for him (fits the warshade theme as well) and the Diamagnetic Interface since -ToHit = +Def, and having Defense on top of Eclipse would be very delicious.
Clarion Destiny, as with most people I think. Mez protection is entirely lacking, since I don't have Dwarf form. For the Lore... I picked Clockwork, more or less at random. Time will tell if I actually wind up using it or not. -

Quote:And you had to trudge uphill in the snow both ways when you went to visit them...Off-topic a bit, but this reminds me of a time before Enhancement Stores were marked on the map. No-one knew where the things were, and the game sure as snugglebears wasn't telling us. I had that foldout map of the city that came with the original box, and that had the stores marked on it with yellow squares (it had their very rough locations, rather) which I had to manually follow to find said stores.
However, because I didn't want to have to use a fold-out map every time, I had to run around the zones and remember where each store in every zone was. I did that for Steel Canyon (it was easy) Skyway City (it was pretty hard with so much of the zone looking the same), Independence Port (it was useless with how spread out they are) and Talos Island, where all the shops were close together. For the longest time, I had to act as tour guide for my team, showing them to stores of a particular origin, since it seemed like I was always the only one who knew.
It's interesting how easily people nowadays take "going to the store" for granted, but there was a time when people seriously needed help and guidance to go to the store.
---
Of course, the 30-40 SO vendors weren't on the foldout map, so I had to ask and beg until I eventually found them, and then proceeded to forget where they were for a long time afterwards. Ghost Falcon, on the other hand, was always easy to find -
I get moving the downtime earlier to avoid primetime.
I don't get not deciding to do this until mid afternoon today.
I had to play Dragon Age 2 for a bit and then maybe I'll get something to eat and have a beer.
This is an outrage! -
They're underneath the Shard ones - you'll often have to expand the window or scroll down, a bit like the T4 "recipe" options.

I'm not one to complain about these things, but...
...If you're going to have short-notice downtime to apply a patch, at least have the decency to then take the servers down when you said you would. I get that sometimes you need to patch urgently to resolve a serious issue and that's fine, but it'd be nice if it happened at the stated time
