The best use Ive seen for Whirlwind is in PvP, where it cancels out all the activation animations of powers and ensures that your character is never rooted in place.

Energy Stalkers can, depending on what toggles they knock off. I haven't faced other primary Stalkers as yet, so I'm unsure whether or not they toggledrop.

And remember, Blasters, Controllers and Defenders don't have resists (Well, depending on Primary/Secondary...) so the resistance point is moot.

Your recollection differs to mine and others. Yes, its more than likely being looked into, but until it gets altered (Which may not be for some time AFAIK) Stalkers have a huge advantage in PvP.

But no amount of +Perception will get around stealth, accessible at level 8. I have no problem with Stalkers being able to one or two shot me as long as I have a chance to spot them. Currently, unless they have a bad build, I don't.

You got to 50 before I6 so had stacks of inf. So did I. New players dont have that luxury, seeing as they stop gaining influence around level 35. Did you have enough influence on your very first run through of the game to see you to level 50 if you stopped gaining in your 40's? I sure as hell didn't.

Stealth + Hide makes you completely invisible. Thats one tier one pool power plus the power you get at level one. Thats a teensy weensy bit overpowered...

I wonder if you'd be getter served getting Focussed Accuracy instead of Tactics. Its a bigger buff (Despite being an End hog) and gives you access to some nice ranged powers, too.

And I didn't even have to turn on the Crow symbol...

Do you need that many Def Buffs in Divine Avalanche? I know you can get beter than Tanker defense out of it, but not sure how many hits you need with what slotting to achieve this.

Might want to PM Spad, who I believe did some calculations about it.
