Hey Shrique, just wanted to throw out this offer. A few of us are moving some of our lesser used 50's to Champion, we figured we would maybe play/team at least there once every other week or so, just to get a change of pace and things. I can't speak for gamewide but I can tell you, it had been my experience on TFs lately that I would much rather get a cold/therm for buffs and debuffs rather then an emp.
With IOing characters I think alot of people are building toons that may need def buffs but they can get that from colds/ffs rather then fort. There is alot of +acc and that kismet is great which decreases the "please fort me so I can hit". End buffs from a emp are still great but now we have characters with perma AM, heatloss, sb, transference up every few seconds.
Trust me I feel your pain, my main badger is an emp and it is often hard to get him on master run teams or badge teams because "well we could really use your cold, or rad, or kin, or really anything other then the emp".
My advice for finding teams/tfs on victory is to /joinchannel Victory Forum and /joinchannel Victory Badges2009. I think those are the correct spellling of those channels.
Also you can join one of the more populated SG/VGs. Legion of Valor is the largest SG on Victory and there is a great Redside coalition between a bunch of active VGs, but at this moment I can only think of Rogue Island Black Ops and Original SM. -
Im off tomorrow so I will be on tonight. Next week looks bad from a work standpoint. I doubt I will make it.

Yes, I will be moving tons of Characters as well. I have a few toons on infinity that are just gathering moss and day job badges and I can finally move character and loot to servers. Thank goodness, I've been full on Victory for almost 4 months now and this is like the best Christmasque present I could have ever hoped for.

Ham I don't know what your secondary is but if it matches your blaster theme then you maybe a dark/dark. I had a few minutes and threw together a softcapped to all (Range, AoE, Melee) D3. I tried to think like you (it was a dark and scary place). You seemed like a person who would enjoy tentacles and I even put in Torrent for some joyous KB. *Edit: Oh yeah I also put in the self rez, because, well you know you get ambushed so often.

The reason I said lvl is not important is, as a PvPEC rep you will be hosting not participating in these types of events. As host you will monitor and enforce rules and maintain control.
For the most part I really enjoyed my time as a PvPEC rep and always had a blast hosting and planning events for Victory.

Zamuel, if you are interested in helping to build/grow pvp I would strongly urge you to join PvPEC. As Kat stated you do not have to be the best pvper. What is expected of you as a rep is to run events 9 times out of 10 that will be held in the arena (so level is not an issue).
