Here I can lay this to rest right now.

It's not going to happen,it's a bad idea and a waste of time for the devs.Too much time and money,when the op can just make some friends and get on the global/search channels to find teammates.

I have 8 sg/vg's on 4 different servers,I use them to bounce around to those said servers because I have a host of friends.

Moving sg's to other servers sounds disasterous on a few levels,one I coundn't imagine what it would take to do that.Secondly what about the established sg's on those other servers that have spent their time to get on the top 100?

My suggestion to you make another sg/vg on another server,it's fun at least it is for me or use your global channels,searches,post on the forums to find more people on your server so you don't "feel" like you need to leave.

Most of my toons serve a purpose in game example;Merkuris fire/kin troller is my farmer,Pacte De Guerre rad/rad corr is my badger/sf/av/gm toon,etc.I have 8 50's and each one sorta fits a specific niche,I'm sure with GR coming out it will change.

I view my toons more as tools for a specific purpose,if any of them "came alive" for me it would be my Bane he's about the closest thing that I have to just play and have fun with.

Actually I hope it is a surprise and they just open up GR beta that would make up for everyone being mum on the subject.

I just don't get why they haven't said anything,I mean they know through the forums,emails,msgs,etc that we desire info.Why keep quiet?

I've actually taken a break too.Been playing Fallout 3 and have going through as a "good guy" got to Zeta so far.For a lark I went back through and have been playing it as a "bad guy" and have found out I like this more.

Hence maybe that is my attraction to CoV,since I am a ******* in rl.One thing that sorta bugs me about Fallout is that I have "Clover" as a follower,now she has been killin like crazy and wants to "get it on" but,cthuludammit I have yet to find the command for that().

While I *did* agree that sometimes they go on alittle too long,I can't say that any longer I don't get to play everyday like I used to.

If I'm lucky me and the wife can only get on once a week and not very long at that.This past winter event I only got to get on three times and at the most for only a couple hours.

So I can see the pro's and con's of the events now.Just remember folks not everyone can play all the time or anytime they want.

Yea they don't have SOA's or Kheldians in Praetoria,so instead when you ding 50 you can become a Rikti tradionalist or Rikti restructionist.

The reason behind this is because the Rikti are so prevalent in that world,plus,there is no Arachnos,Kheldians I don't know about.

Personally,I think erp,mrp,w/e is sorta lame it's like some kind of sexually repressed deviancy.But,that's just my thoughts,hey if you want to do it that's fine I won't judge you on it.BUT,do it in private in your base or out on the other side of the Striga volcano.

The problem I have is when people are in pocket d/atlas talking about it in local and sometimes on bc.Team chat,tells,a private channel that's fine AND respectful to those around you.

It's been quite a few times that I have said stuff to people in game about what they are doing,if they don't like it then **** them.I don't want to hear about how they are bangin each other.

It falls to common sense,some people have and a vast majority doesn't.That's okay though I have no problem tellin them.

Based on the current pvp population and what it would cost to "fix" pvp is not cost effective.

No amount of "well if you fix it they will come" is going to revive that system,the PVE crowd isn't going to go for it and it isn't going to attract them to play it.

I13 was the death knell for pvp in this game,yea some ppl still play,but,a large chunk of the pvp community left.Coupled with the lose of base raids,it continues to spiral downward.Band-aids have been put in place(ie;pvp io drops)but that is a joke in itself.

I've tried it and don't much care for it,of course I wasn't too impressed with pre-I13 pvp either.

It falls to this folks pvp is a dying animal in this game,no amount of hoping,wishing,suggestions,or what you think might revive it is going to happen.
It falls to cold hard cash and numbers,neither of which supports pvp.

You might want to contact a red name for those questions.

I don't believe the devs are going to invest that much time into something that is only used by a small portion of the population.Usually it's the same folks in zone,unless a badger comes in,then it is "fair" play to jump them.

I'll leave my personal opinion out of it on what I think about the zones.

On a side note I do occasionally go into the arena w/my sg mates and one guy pvp's alot.I've given him a run for his money,but,usually I treat it as a joke.Example;taking my fire/kin troller to fight his spec'd out toons.It's a lark to me,BECAUSE,I know it will be fun.

The game is alittle to long in the tooth now to be wishing for a "change",I believe I13 was the last chance for pvp,and we see what happened there.

One thing about pre-I13 pvp,whenever I used to go in zone and got jumped repeatedly,I'd use the 'ole tp foe into the drones.You start doing that to folks a few times and they get the point.Yeah,they would ***** and whine about it on bc,but,they learned their lesson.

The only thing that I really miss is base raids,now that was fun.But,like I said I think pvp is like an endangered species in this game and it's only a matter of time before it becomes extinct.

I play a superhero game to fly,teleport,run fast and jump real high.

NOT to do something that feasibly I could do in rl.

You can't measure anything by the amount of people standing around(my bunny says that just stupid).

Try the search functions in the game and chat channels,couple of additional things population depends on server,ppl on hide,and IT'S THE HOLIDAYS!

Also,try the "search" option on the forums threads like these sprout up by new players like weeds.

Sorry if this came off like a rant but,the vet bills for my bunny are starting to get alittle out of hand.
