Xmas eve the branch manager called and said that there was work to do and I was being recalled to active duty and if I didn't show back up I would be "quitting".
It's all in the wording and with the company handbook being vague as they come I have no grounds to fight it.That's according to a lawyer friend and a judge my wife knows.
It's ok though they expected me to come back with the same do or die efficient method that I apply to my warehouse duties and they got a surprise I log about 10-12 hrs a day take my sweet *** time and hit them where it hurts.(namely in the wallet)
I also informed them that I would have to only work 8-10 hrs aday starting 2/23 as I am goin back to school,these hours fall in my warehouse times and they can't do anything about it according to my regional manager.
So it's all a w/e game with me now, the place is a dead end I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone, no raises in the past 4 years, and generally a rather toxic enviroment to work in considering management is a joke.
I will admit in my 40 years on this planet it is the stupidiest place I have ever worked, and will be glad to hand in my walking papers when the time comes.
Hence the reason why I am going back to school, I have been patient enough and their actions basically broke the camels back and kicked my *** into gear to finally do something. -

I also have to wear safety gear,be hooked to a tether line, and wearing spikes.Trust me if I had a choice I wouldn't being doing it at all, I actually work in the warehouse, but, was given a "choice" that I either load rooftops or I would be "quitting" ie I'm let go if I didn't do as they asked.People wonder why they have such a high turn over rate. -

What Sam said on mm's, my wife runs a ss/wp brute and I run a bots/ff mm and she has to keep up with me.
We also switch support/melee roles on our alts too, I run corrs or trollers with her brutes, and vice versa for me.
Right now we are running a ele/sd brute and a ice/thermal troller and we are steam rolling through mishes.But then again she has made emp's and kins and with support a brute can plow through just about anything.
One thing of note we have learned, debuff's/buff's are great but you have to have some holds/attacks also or you will just get bored with the toon quick. GL -
I think it's a mistake and someone should pick up the torch and continue this sg forward.

Heyo folks...oooo a carnival
I'll take a coney dog with bacon,some cotton candy, a pretzel, a elephant ear,a snow cone,a couple caramel apples, a italian sausage sandwich with all the trimmings, some french fries, some lemonade, some fried pickles,oreo's,mushrooms,and twinkies, in addition I like 2 corn dogs, an order of onion rings, and a iced tea.
(This^ is the only reason I go to my county fair just so I can pig out on the food.Although I do wander around and look at the animals.)
Ok peeps what kind of carny games they have around here? Any rides? Haunted house or hall of mirrors? Side-show freaks?

They have really become a great teaming resource for lots of folks. Many times, a little "hey, could anyone use a lvl 24 scrapper for anything?", will garner some kind of response. Also, folks have been using server channels to collect teams for almost everything from mishes to TF's.
I highly recommend checking out which channels are most active on your server. Sometimes, they have to change up the channels to free up space, so you may want to double check. Most of the server specific forums have them listed somewhere... or, just pop in and ask.

Sorta funny everything again closed today(schools,businesses,etc).Once again I had no intention of going to work.
Boss leaves text saying to come in several hours late to *try* to get the work load done.
Fine, I roll in get with my driver goto jobsite, ice coated roof and wind blowin at mach 1.Driver looks at me and says "your not goin up there".
We turn around, stop for lunch and head back to shop and I go home.All the rest of the work load cancelled because of weather.
Big waste of time...yes, but, I got paid for their stupidity.
Thank baby jesus that school is starting soon so I can get away from these morons.I actually think my IQ drops anytime they are in the same room as me.

Nope 10 is the max you can hold in your tray.On acouple of my lvl 50's I had to do multiple respec's(huzzah vet rewards).
All in all it took several respec's and then with the less desirable ones I just let them go and got the inf.

Seriously it's twilight time for the ele/ele blaster and the rad/rad corr, how many times have I respec'd them Boomie? Like 10x apiece...can't find the right build for them tried melee,ranged,combo,offensive,defensive,support and still they suck.
Delete and re-roll sounds best to me...just wish I had realized this earlier but they got leveled rather quickly.(no not pl'd either)

Interesting, I'm on Virtue and it's been awhile since I heard anyone spamming for AE mishes.Last time I heard anything was when the last exploit was goin on haven't heard a peep since.

Ran almost every toon I had didn't really pay attention to levels.I was just goin for the inf/drops goin to spend this week buildin io's and sell them.
Then sell them for some fat loot convert it into prestige and add to the 88's burn pile.
