Since that saying was used repeatedly to nerf PFF....It now should be used to nerf psi...There is no defense against psi that really works...this is not balanced, and or fair.It has created much turmoil on the PVP freedom zone..specifically RV

PFF in PVP is not PFF at all anymore...in its description it states that it is a defense against all attacks other than toxic...yet ALL attacks now breach PFF and I hardly ever see toxic damage..WTF?

Devs need to redesign the whole PVP experience...and please restore PFF ...It is the same as hibernate...why not nerf hibernate too in that reasoning?

It was bad form to nerf PFF in the first place.

Psi is broken...It needs nerfing.

This has created the same toon design running around in PVP...where is the originality?

The no temp power idea sucks....I dont care if someone forgot to get them at WW..Thats not my problem...come prepared is my motto...cant stand the heat? get out of the kitchen.

Put up or shut up.......Create a event that has a first prize of a couple billion influence....anything else is nothing more than a scam.

Hold the event in RV or War...that way it is a even playing field.Make it a FFA event..anything goes...insp,temps,whatever,to many of you cant hold up in a all out dogfight and need your little arena settings to help you...also.. To many of you little scammers cant help but try and tip the odds in your favor with arena settings,so get over it and come fight raw in RV or WAR.

If you PVP, or farm in any of the PVP zones, purp's make a huge difference.When you come up against a living player in a pvp zone like Recluse Victory,having as many high end enhancements and greater ability for bonuses for attack and defense is what is primary.Simply put..."whoever has the best purps and bonus sets, 9 times out of 10 that person is the winner."

Like Han Solo said "good against remotes is one thing..good against the living...well that is another matter."

Point being that you really dont know the true power or nature of your build until you fine toon it under fire from the living.Being able to kill a npc is nothing compared to the challeges a live adversary will bring to the table.Or a whole gang of live foes for that matter.You dont know until trial by fire.

I have a Blaster that can hang with any PVP Tank,Scrapper,Stalker,Brute..

I can take any amount of damage or hits and live.I do not run away either.

Get swift,health,stamina,tough,weave,hover,fly,stealth ,invis,phaseshift,PFF,temp invuln,force of nature..

You can take more damage than a tank with some of these defense powers stacked and if you have hover maxxed out with defense enhancements you can take alot of damage when outside of the pff bubble but you must have tough and weave, and stealth on.Also, temp invuln helps.I can withstand the most vicious assault strike from any stalker when in this mode outside the pff bubble.

learning to use PFF is the real trick.If you have all of these powers on with PFF absolutely nothing can stop you...But you must turn off PFF when attacking so just have phase shift ready and ignite it once you dealt a good round of damage while in hover.By the time phase shift is done PFF is ready again so deal damage again and then back in pff when they try and strike you back.Repeat this method and get good at it and you will kill any Stalker or Brute...anyone that takes you on.

I also found that if you move around a bit while in hover, and are at a height just out of a Stalkers attack range you can zap away.You are even tougher and can deal more damage with force of nature on but save that as a ace in the hole.Only use it if you need it because once its over it drains your end.

So have all of your tough and weave and temp invulnarability on.Have stamina maxxed to ther hilt with slots and enhancements and have all defense selections max slotted.
Use PFF and Phase shift to back each other up.
another trick is
A pet power like Voltanic sentinel helps to have when in Pff you can still be striking at your enemy and just sitting in PFF.
If you have something like voltanic sentinel max slot it to do as much damage as possible.

I will back up my claims and fight anyone in the Arena and or RV.
