I think, unless you play that very well, you're going to find it very hard to justify. Not saying it can't be done, because Shadowe is an example of it being done reasonably well, but from what you've written, I think you'll have trouble. Could be just your explanation.

One way of limiting characters like this is to remember that they don't know everything. (If they are actually able to perceive the entire world if they wish then, sorry but there's no helping it, you've created a god and you're a power gamer. Frankly, the player can't know everything, so if you're playing the character that way then you're just asking to be ridiculed.) They can't solve problems they don't know about, and they can't, generally, foresee all the outcomes of their meddling. It might take one of their interventions resulting in something truly horrible happening to teach them not to mess about, but they'll learn.

However, you're still into a situation there where you won't get me involved in one of those plots since my characters would be entirely superflous, and I would make damn sure that character never got involved with any of my plots as well. You have a character able to solve any problem placed before it, and no reason not to. That is the definition of boring.

I have a omnipotent character and i don't view her as goodly

she gained the ability to see everything happening every where and the out come of those decisions when a carnival mask exploded in her face leaving her physically blind but greatly increasing her precognitive abilities the problem is when it first happened she couldn't function she just overloaded with all the information and possibilities that spawn every second. So to operate she's had to learn focus and block out all the extra "noise" when fighting she uses her "gift" to view a few seconds into the future allowing her to avoid attacks and take advantages of openings in her opponents defences.

Maybe it insta kills you as you splat into the war wall

To go of topic slightly (sorry) is it not now more expensive to play on the US servers what with the rather poor exchange rate? I would imagin any booster pack is also more expensive as well?

So GR whens it out, Can we transfer our characters, can we transfer our bases, can we transfer our badges, can we transfer our IOs, can we transfer out inf, Is it a single world, is it server less, dose it have power customisation, dose it cars with fins, dose it have bikes with fins, hows about boats with fins, can i have a silver surf board, will we get it before or after the new forums, will mission architect work with it, can i be a villain from the get go, will PvP be open, will it have PvP, Will issue 15 be called the end, will it have animated hare, is there any kittens left after all these wills, why is will always involved, who is will, will will be in the game, is will a hero, will heroes be able to become villains, will there be ATs, will the city change as events happen, will recluse see the error of his ways, will but capes come to a city near us, will there be different environments, I'm running out of wills can i use bills?

Oh so true once you finish with a contacts arc there should be a "unleash wrath" option villains side.

Something like

"Contact X has served there purpose now remind them who holds the true power in your relation ship"

You then proceed to do a mission and beat them senseless.

OK i was under the impression that the ability to slot IO taunt chance of damage procs in a taunt aura had been removed because it caused some bug. Yet just deciding where to slot my Perfect Zinger chance of Psi Damage and Invincibility lights up.

So am i remembering correctly and this is a bug or is it ok to slot it in a taunt aura?

I always tend to think scrapyarder are more than your average person they're probably pretty hard boiled to begin with and i wouldn't be surprised if they haven't come into contact with numerous mutagens and minor mystical artifacts.

Whats the stockade? is it like a superhero prison ala marvels Vault or that negative zone place or DCs Arkham Asylum?

On a similar vain to the Missing/Disabled Limbs extra limbs and appendages things like tentacles both as extras and replacing limbs, claws,heads,faces,eyes i'm sure you get the idea.

You forgot the RWZ challenges and Pylon challenges or the modified rwz challenge where a pylon attacks you while defeating a 4+spawn with 3 bosses.

Theres also the Gaussian arc challenge but thats more for scrappers.

Oh and blasters can solo avs. They also have their own version of the rwz challenge:

My personal favourite villainside is a small VEAT arc that I can do in about 11 mins for 7 merits. Heroside 40-45 Kheld arc for 29 merits seems to be the favourite

Weird I've always wondered if "City of" could be touted to marvel or even DC in some form of mutually beneficial agreement its pretty clear what "NCsoft would get out of it but what about Marvel(or DC) i doubt rights to print stories based in the CoH universe would be anuff to tempt them.

Ah of course well all the people i teamed with were very pleasant and i had much fun and the fact that they could all understand me even tho at the best of times my spelling is less than great and at 4 in the morning it can be down right unlegable just go's to further prove to me that the idea of segregating players into regions is a stupid idea IMO

What i was trying to show were some gladiator style armour that looks like it would fit in with the cu rent stuff but could also be mixed with other existing costume pieces.
