Personally no I'm against this the MA buildings aren't the problem and moving them would just be a inconvenience to players.

thinking about it i think a very long time ago i suggested a force feild set for brutes/stalkers/scrappers/tanks kinda like Cecilia Reyes

Just tryed a few of my doms on test and have to say im likeing the changes maybe the end/damage/recharge could still do with a little tweeking but it seems pretty good as is.

Gravity/Energy (17) seems beter the extra damage is very nice did run out of end a few times which was a bit of a pain also the higher recharge made missing a bit of a pain should be fine once i get a little higher and have more attacks.

Plant/thorn (33) realy good did plenty of damage and managed to run a full mish without my end running out or having to pop domination. also as long as i mixed primery and secondery powers i allways had somthing to use.

Mind/Elec (4) seemed to work well with with the sleep and the hold in adition to charged brawl and charged bolts there was no real problem with having a attack up when i need it

Ice/Ice (4) again seemed ok but then of all the sets ice has recived teh fewest changes but the extra damage was great looking forward to this toon on live

And we all know that radiation in comics turns you Mutates you its a law

Well i was thinking and ill admit that its pretty iffy if her original body was destroyed on purpose maybe by tyrant then to avoid any other attempts she may have split her self up a little as next time she mite not be able to just grab a new body. maybe that's why her patients all go mad they have shards of her mind in them?

I was thinking she may be weaker because her mind was split between her body and her host but now I'm thinking once bitten twice shy why put all her eggs or in this case mind in one basket/host hopefully GR will tell us more.

That was kind of my point the smaller a character gets the more bizarre there movement looks

your forgetting to apply the hero rule.

The heroes are always going to win unless the story calls for there defeat

Also the mother mayhem thing I'm not entirely sure that is Sister Psyches counter-part at least not directly if you look at a pic of mother

Now we know that Aurora acted as a host for Sister Psyche which makes me wonder is the mother mayhem we meet in game and that Sister Psyche faced in the comics the real Mother Mayhem or is it just Auroras counterpart being used as a host.

Reichsmans group was called the storm corps he kept them weaker so they could't oppose him unless this has been changed in the new TFs

I think your getting tyrant and Reichsman kinda mixed up the Praetorian Phalanx aren't weaker than there paragon counterparts and are in some ways stronger as they don't self limit there powers and pull there punches in a fight there prepared to maim and kill to win while our Phalanx isn't.

Tyrant and states are probably on the same power scale as to the lightning powers states displays but tyrant hasn't. I think this is probably due to the fact that states was updated at some point he hasn't always had the hammer of justice power and used to be a strait forward invul and superstrength user. I would expect to see tyrant receive some changes come GR

Cant say I've ever seen the lost refer to there leaders as "the lost" the ones in fault line do go on about the return.

im sure im missing bits but what i know of the lost and the rikti is.

The rikti are/were human they come from a alternate dimension where there is no magic (i think they may have killed there gods) they believe in science above all else and changed them selves apparently willingly into what we call the rikti.

At some point nemesis (yes him a again) discovered there dimension and set into motion a plan involving duplicates of paragon heroes invading the rikti world.

rightly [censored] of that they had been invaded by paragon earth (up to this point it would seem the rikti had been relativity peaceful there's even old portal corpse files that suggest that portal corpse had already made brief contact with the rikti and they were open to some form of trade agreement. but any ways they invade paragon earth and the rikti war follows.

after the war there are rikti left on earth I suppose operating as kind of terrorist cells one of there acts was to begin infecting paragon citizens with the virus (or something) that converted the rikti into rikti this virus started the conversion of the humans into rikti.

But not knowing that the rikti was behind it the partially changed humans became labelled the lost by the authorities.

Well that's about all I can remember about the rikti/lost hopefully it fills in some blanks

Very true and if the Devs are going to carry on there hard line on farming then it shouldn't matter as those that use the feature to create farms will be banned from the MA.

Yup any toon(s) can farm I use a dark/fire brute or a bots/poison MM when I'm doing it

Tho here's a question is doing only paper missions farming? I mean all you do is look at paper pick mission that sounds the best over and over again with the occasional brake to go rob a bank.

Also street sweeping that's basically farming without the constant need to reset the map.

Yea that's more than likely doable but probably requires some messing about with the code of course.

But if it was codded so that key was always spawned on the mission entrance side of a locked door it would also improve paper missions as then "get the key" could appear as a objective in them as well.

After facing legacy chain last night I've been thinking some more about this set the animation time of propel rocks/boulders would need to be reduced or the powers damage uped as at the moment both use the dreadfully slow propel animation.

also hows about replaceing fault with fissure and then adding either Seismic Smash or Tremor as the finale power. Seismic Smash would give the set excellent single target damage as well as a hold that could be stacked with those in the primary. Tremor would increase the sets AoE damage potential as well as adding some soft control in the form of knock back/down

any ways still hoping something like this is implemented along with a electrical control set in the next round of prolification

Possibly because mob and item placement is currently random so you could end up having the key on the wrong side of the locked door.

Maybe well get this if we ever get grater control over mob and item placement.

If the top 100 is dominated by farmers. Surely an SG that doesn't farm being in the top 100 is more of an achievment? This is because all the Farming SGs earn their prestigue at an extremely fast rate, so those that do it by doing TFs and teaming in SG mode should be more proud of themseleves? (either that or the farmers are S***.)

It brings more value to the list, as although the 100-90th place is easy to get too with lack of active SGs, rising and beating the farmers is quite an achievment.

I find my self agreeing with this if every one is taking the easy way to the top 100 and some one manages to get in there doing things the hard way surely there acquirement is even greater.
